good place in the middle of milan

Um ótimo hotel. A entrada não é muito atraente, mas o interior, inclusive o quarto, é muito confortável, com bom café da manhã e staff. Ótimo custo benefício.

The hotel was updated and modern. The building was older took a few times to get used to the unique elevator. The beds were nice, shower was strong, toilet was in a tight spot. The neighbour hood was okay, but not a lot of Italian food options for restaurants in the area if that is what you are looking for. Eating near the fashion district is $$$$.

Viel Platz. Sehr freundlich. Zimmer geht, nicht schön aber für eine Nacht ok. Die Umgebung ist sehr getto mäßig. Kann man Angst kriegen. U- Bahn ist 15 Minuten entfernt und dann nochmal 15-20 Minuten fahrt bis zur Innenstadt.

Hôtel très sympa, moderne et bien situé dans Milan même s'il manque un peu de restaurants dans le coin. Un très bon rapport qualité/prix pour le petit déjeuner.

We had a really good stay at the hotel... Aircon functions really well (cold). Walkable transportations nearby. Despite the area, we Haven't felt unsafe, for 2 nights we went back to the hotel very late...still safe, nothing scary. Staff Mae/May? was really accomodating and friendly.

feels like a motel. our sheets were stained brown in the corner. shower had hot water for 10 minutes. the whole vibe is sketchy

Nice place

At the end of the day, it was an affordable place to sleep. What we didn’t realize when booking is just how grungy and trashy the neighborhood around this hotel. I saw much of Milan and don’t think I could have picked a worse neighborhood. The hotel was OK, very noisy and hard to sleep at night. AC was not impressive, really it didn’t cool down the room. It was very hot during our time in Milan so our room never felt like relief from the heat. Breakfast was a typical Italian breakfast, staff were very friendly and had great local recommendations for us to eat.

El personal de recepción no está capacitado para atender a los huéspedes. La caja de seguridad no servía, la limpieza en la habitación muy limitada. La cama poco cómoda y la llegada al hotel muy incómoda, está en el tercer piso de un edificio y los elevadores huelen muy mal. Además, la zona donde está el hotel es muy sucia y con malos olores. Te sientes inseguro al llegar en la noche.

A/C shuts off when you are not in the room. Cause they use room car to activate and they only give you one card so you don’t have the A/C running and the room takes too long to cool down in the summer.

El Hotel las camas son duras, el aire acondicionado no se siente en la noche y está en un lugar no muy bonito y ruidoso. Si está cerca del Metro entre 7-15 minutos caminando del hotel.

Initially I thought this was a good selection. The rooms were clean, the hotel looks normal and has an elevator but there are some steps to climb to get to it. I arrived with luggage and there was no offer of assistance from the doorman. I guess I had to ask. Which brings me to my next point. The hotel gives the bare minimum- no water in the room, no shower caps, the most basic dry soap and supplies. Some of the staff are nice and helpful, others are gruff. The shower is clean but takes a while to drain so water accumulates 1-2 inches while showering. I didn’t like the neighborhood especially when returning at night. The metro is a 5 mins walk at brisk pace. If you have luggage take a taxi to / from there. If you have tours or meeting points in the Duomo area, depart 20-25 mins ahead to get to the main area. I don’t recommend this location personally.

We checked in for 2 nights here. We were given a room with a very high toilet seat and the seat was broken making it difficult and dangerous for a pregnant woman like my wife to use. Not to mention, we also have a 14 months old with us and the room was not sanitary. The curtain have an unidentified brown stain on there. We asked to move us to a different room but was told they were fully booked except for the higher end room even though expedia showed that they have available room that is similar to ours. Anyways, would not recommend.

Not good

Rent och hjälpligt personal, städning varje dag med handduk byte, frukost servering kunde bli bra men absolut okay för vad det kostar. Området är lite mindre bra , men inget och hänga på.

Location was good, very close to a metro stop and very easy to navigate metro to get into the city centre. There was a mini market opposite which was great for water. the room was a food size and bed was comfrotable. The main issue was the very thin duvet/cover on bed and the shower was very small and had a very flimsy shower curtain attached which didnt do keep the water in!
