Beautiful vies from room

Property was clean, had a shuttle to town but we never used it due to time we needed was to early. We did however use public transportation that was right outside the hotel. Was very cheap. And we saved money by not having to get taxis. Rooms were cleaned daily. Breakfast was great. Variety of options. Eggs, pancakes, different fruit. Over all was a great stay. Close to restaurants and stores

We booked 5 nights in a bautiful sea view room with a fairly large balcony. Breakfast was lovely, although the hot food did dry up quickly especially the scrambled eggs. Dinner one night and it was nice. The staff were amazing, each of the restaurant staff were very very attentive. The area of SantAgata didnt actually suit us for the 5 nights as we had to shuttle down to Sorrento each day or evening. Not much in the SantAgata area to see or do but the few restaurants they have were great! Our choice to cut out stay short by 2 nights of the 5 night stay. The shuttle service was great to have though. Nice pool area and pool staff and reception staff we could not fault. Each of them went out of their way to help. One thing I'd mention is getting to the shuttle bus from Sorrento train station......it wasnt easy and we ended up on the municipal bus. Wasnt to awful in the end we got there. Thanks to Marco for his patience with me and the directions!

Fantastic place to stay outside of the hussle and bustle of Sorrento. Free shuttle bus to town every hour was priceless. Good breakfast options but was busy if you weren’t there early.

Well my stay started off great. I booked One night and was upgraded to an ocean view suite. I decided to book a second night and was then downgraded. Not so great. Since I was travelling with my daughter and granddaughter it was very inconvenient to have to change room . Hotel is very Nice and full of history. The things to be aware of it is not mobility friendly many stairs and not easy with a stroller either. The hotel is not kiddie friendly at all. The POOL closes at 6!!! Which is ridiculously early ! Service wise I would say most are pleasant but communication seems to be N issue I requested a rollaway bed and was not advised of an extra charge. When it was added to my bill I had to really go at it with the front desk staff. The manager finally credited me for the charges. I would say the most pleasant staff member is Elaria at the front desk. She is very kind and attentive. Also a bartender who is a doll . Didn’t catch his name tho. As far as the food service … the breakfast is very good. The restaurant for dinner not so much. The pasta we had was terrible. Overcooked and no flavour. We ordered the set menu at $30 euro and were deeply disappointed. So all in all a 6/10 for me. Things to be aware of .. extra charges, lots of different stairs, food very blah …

Absolutely lovely hotel with nice food beautiful decoration extremely comfortable , free shuttle and fantastic pool .

Good location and convenient for local restaurants and shops. Lovely view over the bay from the restaurant. Our room had a small balcony. Daily maid service, but toiletries weren’t filled upon arrival so needed to have this corrected. Would stay here again.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The room was comfortable and the view was absolutely stunning. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The Hotel Iaccarino is charming & stately property where I would happily stay again! Outstanding service and an amazing buffet breakfast were highlights of my visit. Special mention go to Ilaria, Paolo, Marco & Marta for excellence in hospitality! Raymond-U.S.A.

Just had an absolutely amazing week at this beautiful hotel. All the staff were so helpful & polite. They have a shuttle bus to take you down to Sorrento if you want to go or you can walk into St Agata in less than five minutes where there are plenty of shops & restaurants. Food at the hotel was very good with lots of options for breakfast & evening meal. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone & we definitely intend to return in the future.

Love's staying here. The views from hotel were brilliant. Loved the staff who gave us great excursion suggestions. The room was neat and tidy. Price for food and drinks were reasonable.

The hotel grounds are very beautiful and well taken care of. Our room was also clean and spacious. We came in a car, but also took advantage of their shuttle service to Sorrento one evening, which was easy and convenient. We really enjoyed breakfast selection at this hotel as well as the options for lunch and dinner. There’s also a cute little town a short walk from the premises where you can get some groceries and souvenirs. If we ever come back to this beautiful region in the future, we would be happy to stay at Hotel Jaccarino again.
