구도시인데다가 주말이라 체크인하러 들어갈때를 제외하고 너무 좋았고 일박만 해야하는게 너무 아쉬웠음 체크인 카운터의 여직원을 정말 칭찬하고싶다

Staff was super friendly and very helpful. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious and wonderful atmosphere, The pool area was very relaxing and inviting.

Insect infestation in room. No coffee making facilities in room

The location of this property was stunning with views and proximity to the lake. It is located at the edge of the peninsula, so you do have to walk 10 min to the town center. The rooms are modern, but the washroom was a bit outdated and the mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. The breakfast had lots of options and tasty. My favorite was the view of the lake - just stunning.

Fabulous, quiet location, with great views of the lake and an easy, beautiful walk into Sirmione. The hotel and grounds are excellent and the buffet breakfast is a fabulous cornucopia of excess - we really loved this - especially the freshly made coffee, and fruits and vegetables. The A/C was wonderful and beds firm but comfortable, allowing us the best nights sleep of our vacation. The real highlights here are the staff, the service, and hospitality, which exceeded my expectations. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. The only downside - and this was my poor planning and nothing to do with the hotel - was the popularity of Sirmione and the thousands of visitors during the summer months, which made getting in and out of the town by car an absolute nightmare after 9.30am. Seriously. I would suggest paying for parking outside the old town, getting a transporter/golf buggy service to take you and your luggage to and from your hotel at the start/end of your stay, and walking to your car for trips outside Sirmione.

Perfect Location & Facilities. Staff are amazing. The pool area has a beautiful view of the lake & plenty of sun beds in the sun & shade if preferred with a bar/restaurant for pool side enjoyment. Private access to the lake for hotel guests & a short walk to Jamaica Beach & the main town make this hotel the perfect location. Quiet & peaceful area. A special thanks to all the staff involved in helping me with a surprise for my partner. All round brilliant stay, if you’re looking for a location in lake garda, Sirmione is the place & Hotel Ideal is the cherry on top

Hotel tres propre, tres bien situe a Sirmione Le personnel est top , au service et a l ecoute pour que noyre sejour se oasse pour le mieux. Le dorecteur a l accueil est tres sympathique et de bon conseil . Un grand merci pour Piero, fabio et gabriel pour leur sympathie et professionnalisme.

Personnelle très gentils et serviable, mais un gros manque d équipement dans la chambre pour un hôtel classe 4* (pas de machine à café /bouilloire , minimum d accessoires, tv petite …)

Me pareció un hotel caro, dice ser de 4 estrellas pero bien pudiera ser una categoría inferior. El personal es muy amable y la ubicación es buena, tiene un lago muy cerca y la vista es increíble. Sin embargo la cama es muy dura y la habitación en general no es muy linda

Beautiful hotel, nice view and personal very friendly.

Absolutely fantastic. Greta location, to get to the hotel if you are driving you do have to drive through the historic centre which can be a little narrow and busy, however is not an issue and quite the experience. The hotel is ideally located for exploring, relaxation. The staff were amazing, especially Simone who was great with recommendations and just overall and absolutely delight to talk with.

Wonderful stay here for 2 weeks .Great lake views,short walk to old town and ferry to tour the lake Pool was well maintained and never too busy.Plenty of sun loungers in olive garden with shade or sun if you preferred.Breakfast was good and restaurant Essentia served lovely food for lunch and dinner .All the staff were attentive,friendly and helpful-special mention for Simone,Sebastian,Piero and Fabio.Will hopefully visit again soon.Thank you hotel Ideal for such a wonderful stay .

Hotel ótima opção para Sirmeone.

Ótima estadia porém como o hotel fica na ponta de Sirmione precisa ver os horários livres para entrar na cidade . A passagem de carro pela cidade é bem apartada. O Lugar é muito bem localizado , fomos a pé para o centro em poucos minutos. O quarto é bom mas o banheiro um pouco apertado. A piscina é ótima, o cafe de manhã excelente e o estacionamento muito bom.
