Good location and room condition is better thab I expected. However, Wifi in dining area should be improved.

The hotel located at very middle of Train station and Arena. 15 min to 15 min. slightly long distance... by walking. The room is small but very clean, quite and comfortable. Staff is really kind and helpful. Breakfast is yammy. I love this hotel. =)

역에서 10분 정도가 소요되고, 아레나로도 도보 이동이 무난합니다. 로비층에 비치된 간단한 음료와 간식이 있어서 좋더라고요

객실은 편안하고 쾌적했으나 더블룸의 너무 좁아서 불편했다. (마치 1인실같음.) 베로나 기차역에서 걸어서 10분거리, 시내 관광지도 가까워서 편리함.

호텔 직원들이 무척 친절하고 주변 레스토랑과 연결된 VIP카드가 제공하여 저렴한 가격에 좋은 음식을 먹을 수 있었다. 호텔 내에서도 다양한 종류의 조식 메뉴가 있었고 로비에 차와 간단한 음료 서비스를 제공하여 좋았다. 작은 도시이지만 볼꺼리가 많은 아름다운 도시다.

Hotel and location were lovely. Rooms are small but well designed. Only real problem was that the beds are very hard and the bedding seemed cheap- small bulky duvets and hard pillows.

This is a great hotel with very friendly staff. It has a wonderful location, just a short walk to the Roman Amphitheatre. main city square and shopping areas. My room had a nice view of the main street, and was kept very clean. I really enjoyed the breakfast and personal coffee pot. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing time, especially thanks to the lovely staff. We’ve stayed only one night with our two small children, but wished we wiuld’ve stayed longer. Highly recommend this hotel. Mara from reception is amazing, as well as the breakfast ladies. You notice that the staff is comfortable in their jobs and at their wirking place, which gives me the best feeling as a guest. An uncomplicated vibe, the lovely room, the fantastic cocktails, the care for our children, the flirting with our three year old in the breakfast room, the breakfast (with unlimited champagne and cake to die for)… ohhh wish we could’ve stayed longer!

An excellent welcome at the hotel. Detailed information was given at the hotel about sites and restaurants. Room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. Staff are very pleasant. Would love to stay again.

The hotel was located in a perfect spot, close to the train and close to the city center with lots of restaurant choices. Very walkable. The room was nice, the breakfast was great and the staff was helpful in directions and restaurant suggestions. As a solo traveler, it was much appreciated!

The room was quite spacious, which is a rarity in Europe although poorly lit. However, the bathroom cinfiguratoon was the most tragic part of this hotel as shower was minute despite the bathroom being massive and filled with mold which was awful.
