테르미니역과의 접근성이 좋은것 외에는 추천하고 싶은 생각은 없네요. 우선, 호텔이라고 하기에는 건물 한층을 숙박업소로 바꾼 개념이기때문에 그냥 B&B라고 하는게 나을듯합니다. 욕실도 너무 작아서 움직이기도 힘든 사이즈고, 침구도 너무 찝찝해서 그냥 타올 덮고 잤습니다.ㅠㅠ

24시간 프론트가 운영되지 않아 그거만 아쉬웠음 식당이 따른 건물 제휴식당 같은곳에 있음 배수구가 아쉬움 수건은 매우매우 커서 좋았음

그냥 깨끗한 호텔...

저렴한 가격에 무난하게 지낼 수 있었다. 동네가 조용해서 지내기 괜찮다. 테르미니 역에서 밤에 걸어오기엔 인적이 드물어 다소 부담스러울 수 있으나 근처 지하철 역에서 걸어오기엔 괜찮다. 주변에 머물만한 적당한 까페나 휴게 시설이 부족해 숙박 이외에 다른 것은 하기가 곤란한 지역이다.

호텔 카티에 4박 묵었는데 객실이 정말 깔끔하고 넓어서 편하게 지냈습니다. 화장실, 욕실도 청결하고 좋아요. 엘리베이터 있어서 캐리어 옮기는 것도 수월했고, 직원분들이 친절해서 편히 쉬다 갔습니다. 테르미니 역에서 도보 10분거리인데 생각보다 가까웠고 1번 플랫폼 쪽이라 집시같은 사람들도 없고 반대편보다 안전했어요.

위치도 안전한편이고 객실내부청소상태도 좋고 따뜻했지만 화장실에서 작은 애벌레들이 자꾸나와서 찝찝했어요 조식은 얼마못먹었지만 간단히먹기좋았네요

테르미니 역 근처라 역에서 이동하는 사람에게 좋은듯 합니다. 엄청 좁긴하지만 리프트가 있긴 하구요. 방 상태는 보수가 필요한듯 합니다. 테르미니 역 주변이긴 하지만 근처에 대사관 같은게 있어 치안은 괜찮은것 같습니다. Indipendenza 버스정류장과 가까운 거리(테르미니역에서 버스로 1정거장 또는 2정거장)라 짐이 무거우시고 로마패스나 교통권 있으시면 버스 타셔도 괜찮구요. 아침식사도 빵하나 커피한잔으로 간단한점 감안하시구요.

테르미니역에서 그리멀지 않고 위험지역 반대쪽이라 안전했습니다. 지하철 역(테르미니 역 말고)B선이 바로 근처라 바티칸이나 콜로세움 가기에 편했습니다. 4인 가족이 자는 방은 비교적 방이 넓고 깨끗했습니다. 수건도 충분히 주고.. 아침은 조식 쿠폰을 주는데 투어를 가느라 한번도 이용을 못했지만 맛은 좋다고 하네요. 4인 가족이 이용하기에 가격대비 매우 훌륭했습니다. 추천합니다.

로마 테르미니에서 10분 안에 도착합니다. 근방에 코나드와 ATM도 있어요. 그리고 근처에 국가기관인 듯한 건물에 군인이 24시간 지키고 있어서 주변 치안도 굉장히 좋습니다. 조식은 호텔에서 나와서 바로 건너편에서 조금만 오른쪽으로 가면 나오는 카페인데, 나오는건 약간 귀찮지만 커피와 빵 맛이 정말 좋아요. 그리고 109번 방을 썼는데, 더블침대 하나와 싱글침대 하나, 욕실 2개로 구성되어 있어서 넓고 편하게 썼어요.금고는 없지만 냉장고와 TV는 있구요. 다만 온수가 호텔내 사람들이 한번에 쓰거나 하면 끊기는것 같더라구요. 그리고 샤워기가 벽에 달린 형태라 약간 불편했네요. 청소는 아주 깔끔하게 되지는 않지만 호텔 상태는 청결한 편입니다. 오래된 엘레베이터는 재미있었지만 한번은 누군가 문을 닫지 않아서 걸어야 했어요. 그리고 방음이 약한것 같네요. 하지만 위치나 가격 대비해서 좋은 호텔입니다. 단기간 머무르기 좋아요.

reception was very kind and room is very cozy. but breakfast is one bread and one cup of tea. I wanted to use buffet of breakfast.

It is located in 5 minutes from termini station by feet. the room is clean and comfortable. free wifi is fast. Italian supermarket brand Conad is really near from this hotel. they discount 3 euros per day if you pay in cash

Hotel Katty was fantastic. We stayed for 4 nights and from the minute we checked-in until the second we checked-out the hosts were marvellous, warm-blooded and kind individuals. If we come back to Rome, we will definitely be staying here again. The surrounding area has great cafes, our favourite being Le Levain, a nice pizza and kebab shop called Cairo Kebab and it is an easy walk (10 mins) to the main station (Termini), you can easily walk to Trevi Fountain and then Pantheon within a 30 minute time frame. There are many local supermarkets too, Pam local being our go-to. I had a lovely time at Rome, I cannot wait to visit again.

Estadia ok, em um região segura próxima a Estação Termini e aos principais pontos de interesse em Roma. Elevador antigo, mas funcional. Cama de molas, o que não gosto muito, mas é algo pessoal. Só para dormir é o suficiente.

Good service and helpful staff, the location of hotel is near metro station in safe area.

The property was super clean. The staff went over and above to help me navigate the Italian telephone network to report stolen credit cards to North America.

If your idea of a good hotel is glass and stainless steel this one isn’t for you. It is a small hotel on the fifth floor (served by a lift) a few blocks (15 minutes walk) from Termini in an early 20th century building. The hotel is clean and our rooms were well appointed. We had two rooms. My son and daughter stayed in a fairly conventional double whereas that of myself and my wife was one where two rooms had been knocked through to create a triple. The lines layout meant that the double was next to a wall so we decided that one of us would sleep in the single and the other in the double. The bathroom and shower was superb, fairly new and worthy of several stars. Breakfast was at a cafe bar a few streets away- whilst it was only a croissant and a hot drink it was sufficient and the cafe staff friendly. The street on which it was located was fairly quiet and lacked the brashness of those closest to Termini. We would not hesitate to come back.
