Hotel La Principessa Conference Center

It fell short of my expectations for a 4-star establishment. The hotel’s condition was disappointing. The room furniture looked outdated and cheap, the blankets were old and worn, and the TV was tiny for a room of this category. To make matters worse, the door lock didn’t work, and I found a ashtray full with cigarette butts on the balcony. The WiFi was free but incredibly slow. As for the restaurant, it initially made a good impression with its inviting ambiance. However, the pasta I ordered arrived cold and undercooked. I had to send it back, but instead of removing the dish entirely from the bill, the manager only offered a partial discount, which didn’t feel fair since I couldn’t eat it. Later the receptionist removed it all. Breakfast was very simple. On the positive side, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made the experience a bit better. Their professionalism was a highlight of my stay. Overall, the hotel and restaurant have potential but need significant improvements to meet the standard of a 4-star rating.

It was the off season so pool was not in operation and maintenance was going on around the property. Only 20 guests there for the night and 10 were our group. It was ok

Diese Unterkunft ist recht abgelegnen und es gibt keine Möglichkeit in den nahegelegenen Ort zu Fuß zu kommen. Für eine Nacht vollkommen ausreichend, allerdings würden ich keinen Wochenurlaub dort verbringen wollen. Es gibt wenig, was man machen kann.

Head caps in pool? Been to many hotel pools - never seen that nonsense.

The facility and the Staff were amazing, would stay there again and again

This property is beautiful, clean and safe! Our only recommendation would be to have a shuttle (we were there late June and shuttles didn’t start until July) to take guests in and out of the nearby towns.

Hotel para eventos e casamentos. Não dei sorte na recepção. Fui cobrado por diária paga. Café da manhã sofrível para um hotel deste.

Tal vez como es baja temporada y hay muy pocos huespedes, todos los servicios del hotel no funcionan, es muy cerca a la playa, muy buena piscina, la habitación es amplia, buen baño, la puerta de la ducha un poco estrecha.

Beautiful hotel, however we stayed there in the month of May prior to the busy season and the hotel appeared not completely ready for “few guests” during the week. We had issues with hot water in the morning… often only getting lukewarm water… Staff was working hard and long hours…

The hotel was fine and the staff was very helpful. We were traveling by train, however, which severely limited our options. The hotel is south of Amantea; there is no bus service and access to taxis was extremely limited, especially since we were traveling preseason . There is a restaurant on the property but none within walking distance. I would recommend this hotel but only if you are traveling by car.

We had a wonderful stay at La Principessa! The staff are attentive and friendly, the facilities are exceptional, and this part of Calabria is absolutely gorgeous. I would definitely recommend staying at La Principessa for your Calabrian getaway!

We were off season. The staff was nice but, at the limit, a bit pushy to sell services.

Nice complex, our visit was out of season so tough to truly judge. Geared towards family stays in summer. Very loud, some event was on night of our last stay. Firecrackers etc woke us up. Room seemed to be right above hall or kitchen very loud until at least midnight both nights. Not full service at this time, all amenities needed to be pre arranged. Beach access was closed at this time as well.

I liked the proximity to the beach. I didn't like the noise of the train my first week when my room was at the far back of the hotel.

Les invités ailles sur le parking réservé aux événements - lors des évènements, les horaires de la piscine peuvent être modifié, mais à aucun moment, les horaires sont indiqués devant la piscine. Donc nous avons attendu sous le soleil. Et le temps d’ouverture retardé n’a pas étais récupérer en fin de journée car la fin de l’événement avais lui encore une fois près de la piscine du coup ont dérangé les mariés à savoir qu’il y a plusieurs événements par jour… - les portes des escaliers ainsi que celle pour sortir claquent à longueur de journée même la nuit du coup c’est dérangeant… -il faudrait au petit déjeuner rajouter une autre machine à café car le temps d’attente et long Et aussi rajouter des fruits . - les jus de fruits sont clairement de l’eau
