조식도 훌륭하고 직원들도 친절했습니다. SMN역에서도 많이 안멀고 두오모도 많이 멀지 않습니다. 다음에 피렌체에 간다면 여기 또 묵을 의향이 있습니다.

위치 좋고, 친절한 주인분 하지만 새벽에 에어컨을 꺼서 더웠어요

객실은 넓고 편함. 깨끗하게 관리되고 있으며, 역에서 가까워 매우 편리함. 엘리베이터와 전기주전자가 있음. 로마에 머무는 모든 여행객들에게 추천,

1. favorable receptionist 2. 3 big towel were offered in 4 night. And 1 small towel and 1 small-old towel was offered everyday. 3. Bed sheedt wasn't cleaned everyday but they made the bed.

테르미니역 5분 거리, 주변은 어수선하나 식당, 편의점 많고 호텔 거리. 호텔 여사장님이 가족처럼 편안하게 최고의 서비스, 가격대비 넓은 방과 커피포트, 헤어드라이어 있음, 아침식사도 맛있는 빵과 커피, 햄, 치즈..더블 베드인데 매트리스가 중간에 갈라져서 조금 불편.

except for a little lack of anti-noise wall system, I didn't feel any inconvenience about room condition( hot water, remote controlled air temperature ..etc) But you should listen carefully to my dead-shockingly experience and decide whether stay or not. I reserved 3 night, double room, single use. The reason I stayed double room just by my self is I wanted to relax and take full rest at spacious room after 1night, the manager asked me to change my room for hot water maintenance construction thus I had to pack my all stuff up at night after my all-day trip. the next night when I came back to hotel, the receptionist(he is a brother of manager) gave a SINGLE ROOM key. I complaint of course. He just repeated didn't acknowledge about it, and the next morning I could talk about that problem with manager. that is my last night and there wasn’t any option to compensate my loss, you know. the explanation from manager in next morning, numerous traveler come up so they had to changed my room. she expressed sorry and gave a lunch meal box I am sure that there must be no-maintenance construction in my previous room. simply say they ruined my memory of Rome.

생각보다 안락하고 편안한 숙박이었습니다.

방 시설이 노후되긴 했으나 테르미니역에서 도보 5분정도로 버스나 지하철, 기차 이용에 매우 편리합니다.

테르미니 역 근처이나 어둡지 않은 라인이라 밤에 이동시 위험하지 않았고, 교통이 편했음. 침대가 아주 편해서 잠을 잘 잤음. 조식은 기대보다 별로였으나 치즈가 맛있었음. 주인 아주머니까 굉장히 친절하심. 담번에 로마를 가더라도 다시 이용할 의향 100%

Il nostro recente soggiorno in questo albergo a Roma si è rivelato molto deludente e voglio condividere la nostra esperienza affinché altri viaggiatori possano essere avvisati. Siamo arrivati con grandi aspettative, pronti a esplorare la bellezza di Roma, ma purtroppo la nostra esperienza è stata compromessa da una serie di problemi legati al rumore. Ogni notte, i vicini di camera facevano un rumore assordante, come se stessero organizzando una festa. Le pareti sembravano sottili come carta, e ogni risata, ogni parola e ogni movimento ci arrivavano chiaramente. Non riuscivamo a capire come fosse possibile che non ci fosse alcun rispetto per il riposo degli altri ospiti. La situazione è diventata insostenibile, specialmente quando il rumore continuava fino all'alba. Ci siamo trovati a contare le ore che mancavano al sorgere del sole, con la speranza che finalmente potessimo riposare. Nonostante le nostre ripetute chiamate alla reception, la risposta è stata deludente. Ogni volta che ci siamo lamentati, ci veniva detto che avrebbero fatto il possibile per risolvere la situazione, ma nulla è cambiato. Dopo qualche giorno di questa tortura notturna, ci siamo sentiti frustrati e impotenti. La mancanza di una risposta adeguata da parte del personale ha reso la situazione ancora più angosciante. Ci aspettavamo un minimo di attenzione e supporto, ma sembrava che il nostro disagio non fosse una priorità.

Bra läge ich rymiga rum. Hade lite problem med trycket i duschen, men i övrigt mycket nöjdmed helheten.

Great location close to termini station. Other than that its a pretty basic, budget friendly option. If you're looking for more spend a few more bucks
