My family and I stayed at Hotel Miceli over Thanksgiving. The room was nice and as described on the site. It is a basic room w/bathroom. It was big enough for us and provided us with what we needed a place to rest and clean up. The beds were ok, comfortable enough to get good rest. There were cans of water in the room, which was nice. We didn't drink any of the coffee / tea that was in our room, but it looked like nice brand / flavors. Loved that there was an elevator. It is tiny, lol, but it was helpful for our luggage and my wife who couldn't do the stairs due to health issues. We used a parking garage it cost 30 euro a day when staying at this hotel, plus you could drive in the ZTL to get to the hotel.

La habitación como tal estuvo muy cómoda. Las camas eran cómodas, estaba limpio y muy agusto. El hotel está cerca de las atracciones principales y puedes llegar caminando. El único inconveniente es que el exterior no es tan lindo y para encontrarlo es un poco complicado, si no tienes problema con eso, vale 100 por ciento la pena.

The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to all the major landmarks like the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and Trevi Fountain. It felt like everything was at our doorstep. The rooms were spacious, clean, with modern touches.

We loved this hotel it was very clean and nicely renovated. We couldn’t get our app to open the door to work so they gave us a card it worked the first night but the next day my husband went for coffee and he was locked out of the building the cars they gave us didn’t work either. This would have been a big issue if we got locked out the night before when there was no staff on the property. It was also very noisy in the room, the traffic was extremely loud and we unfortunately didn’t get a good sleep.

Great location very close to the centre but just away enough to be in a quiet spot. The staff was available, approachable and very helpful. We left a wrist watch behind and the hotel coordinated a courier to get it back to us at our next stop on our vacation. Excellent experience. Would recommend to friends and book again for ourselves.

Boa. Hotel fica em um dois andares de um edifício antigo, na zona ZTL de restrição de trafego. Se tiver de veiculo tem que parar em uma garagem próxima (30EUR), pessoal atencioso, que fica cerca de 300m (com muita bagagem da mais trabalho). Ponto negativo é que estava em obras as calçadas e rua ao redor, mas devera ficar ótimo. Apesar de não ter recepção fixa, contato por WhatsApp e com as pessoas que estavam lá em alguns momentos, foi tranquilo. O quarto tinha tamanho e limpeza excelentes, mas não havia frigobar ou gelo disponível. Havia uma maquina para comprar café ou bebidas. Localização é perfeita dentro da zona histórica, da pra fazer tudo a pé e em caso de necessidade pegar um taxi ou Uber. O elevador é minúsculo mas ao menos tem, mas sem acessibilidade ( deficientes). O edifício onde esta situado o hotel/guesthouse nos outros andares e entrada necessita de manutenção urgente, única parte em condições adequadas é o hotel. Eu voltaria em caso de bom custo beneficio ja conhecendo os pontos negativos.

Property was very cute and boutique. biggest issue is having to download an app that you have to use for your key to get in and out. very inconvenient. also the internet was in and out had issues. otherwise the property is great. I suggest they find an alternative to the key system.

Hôtel très bien situé, à quelques minutes à pied du Duomo. Le système de clé virtuel peut surprendre, mais ça marche très bien. Les chambres sont grandes et propres. Le personnel est aimable. On peut facilement passer à côté de l’entrée de l’hôtel qui se trouve au troisième étage d’un immeuble d’habitation. Il y a un ascenseur mais attention il n’était pas très grand Le seul inconvénient c’est les travaux qui sont juste devant l’hôtel. C’est très bruyant dés 7h du matin. Malgré cela, je recommande vivement cette hôtel qui a un très bon rapport qualité prix.
