트리플룸을 예약했는데 트윈룸에 간이 침대 하나 끼워 놓음. 너무 좁았음. 다만, 카운터 옆 라운지 직원의 친절한 서비스는 이태리에서 아주 오랜만에 느껴본 감동이었음.(와인 한병 근처에서 구입하여 마게를 따 달라고 부탁했는데 친절하게도 얼음통에 와인을 넣고 와인 잔2개도 함께 제공하는 친절함이 오래도록 기억에 남을듯 함.)

The Hotel Minerva is one of my favorite places we stayed while touring Italy. The staff was VERY friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and enormous compared to most of the cities we visited, and it was only a 5ish minute cab ride to the train station. Close enough to the historical center that you can get to the churches and Medici fortress within 30-45 minutes at a leisurely pace. The included breakfast had many options, and I would recommend heading downstairs to the restaurant for at least one of your meals while in Arezzo though you may want to set a reservation during peak travel season since it seems many locals also enjoy the restaurant. Will definitely stay there again if we travel back to Arezzo in the future.

Business hotel a 800 metri dalle mura del centro storico, parcheggio grande.

Dopo 13 anni che soggiorno al Minerva, quando vengo ad Arezzo, ho notato un peggioramento nella qualità della colazione, in rapporto qualità prezzo. Però lo consiglio sempre.

Checkin sempliceme veloce. Ottima camera al quinto piano, riscaldata ottimamente. Colazione superlativa.

Sistemazione silenziosa e tranquilla in zona non lontana dal centro raggiungibile in 20 minuti a piedi

La struttura è molto bella. Il parcheggio interno è un plus. Personale gentile e disponibile. Consiglio di prendere un taxi per gli spostamenti per il centro.

Meraviglioso e piacevole vuoi per il tempo soleggiato, vuoi per l'atmosfera che si vive nella Città in questo periodo Natalizio.

Il centro è raggiungibile a piedi in 20 min circa. Grande parcheggio auto. La stanza è pulita e ampia. Colazione a buffet ricca e variegata.

Buona struttura nel rapporto qualità prezzo. Buona anche la colazione con diversa scelta di torte e cornetti. Camere un pò minimal ma comunque comode. Peccato invece per il rumore interno, si sente troppo.

We booked this hotel for the 4 stars, unfortunately I would say this is a 4 star. Our room was dated and bathroom Was small, it smelt like cigarettes and we were overlooking a McDonald’s that was very busy and over the weekend extremely loud in to the early hours, we couldn’t have the window open due to the noise and the smell of grease. Windows open really wide and is a concern with a child. The bed was very firm and didn’t have a duvet but an old looking woollen blanket between two sheets. The location was great and lovely walk into the town, the parking was free and was plenty of it and the breakfast was nice. The hotel was very clean and the staff were nice, though we asked for things to our room ( which was a charge - and never arrived) There is also a charge for the TV and only one plug socket - none around the bed area
