Everything about this hotel was great, from the location on the beach with great views and the sound of the ocean to lull you to sleep. The rooms were nice and always clean, breakfast was varied and tasty and the staff were always so helpful.

Staff was lovely

Schönes Hotel, direkt am Strand, ganz gutes Frühstück. Parkplätze sind direkt gegenüber. Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit, besonders eine Dame ist der Hammer, sie spricht fließend englisch und französisch. Hotel liegt außerhalb der Stadt und der Bahnhof mit dem man nach Rom fahren kann ist 30-40 Minuten entfernt, Zug immer komplett überfüllt.

The hotel was spotless and comfortable and the staff was extremely hospitable, helpful and warm. The sea views are lovely and everything about the hotel itself was 10/10. Sadly, the local government has mismanaged the zoning and there is a noisy nearby establishment with spot lights and a huge flashing screen that is on 24 hours a day. There is a noisy dance club/ bar across the street that plays thumping music untill 1 or 2 AM. They've also erected an ugly sign that partially blocks the view of the mountains. The local government is allowing a beautiful location to be destroyed by both visual and noise pollution.

Terrible service, they did not honor the reservation that we made.

Posizione ottima, proprio sulla spiaggia. Camera sufficientemente spaziosa con vista panoramica sul mare. Staff davvero molto cordiale e colazione buona e abbondante.

War grundsätzlich gut, aber es wird alles aufgerechnet; Strandliege inkl. Schirm, Badetuch etc.

Posizione ideale per chi vuole godersi il mare. Personale accogliente e disponibile. Molto soddisfatta

Pensavo meglio, un 4 stelle che non ha neanche il portiere di notte, ristorante chiuso ed una camera molto piccola rispetto alla media delle camere standard dei 4 stelle, in ogni caso check-in veloce e camere e bagno puliti, ma questo dovrebbe essere uno standard che un cliente si aspetta sempre

Everything was great.

I stayed here for a couple nights in Dec and this may have contributed to the disappointing stay. The reason for the lower star score include - Location is a little isolated and I didn't have a car, so there's limited options for food or things to do. Fortunately, the restaurant across the street was good and reasonably priced. I ate here for all my dinners, which was not ideal. - Room was nicely sized and had most of the normal items for hotels in this area such as water pot, safe for passports or valuables, and shampoo/soap, but no conditioner (so be sure to bring your own). The bed was very firm and I didn't sleep well. Lastly, the water temperature was problematic and one morning I took a luke warm shower. One positive is the breakfast as it was nice being able to sit at the window overlooking the beach. Very nice variety with cold meats, cheese, juices, and hot food such as eggs and bacon. Overall, I was a little disappointed. Perhaps it's a better option in the warm summer season.
