더블침대가 있는 일반룸으로 예약했는데 체크인시 럭셔리룸으로 옮겨준다고 해서 긴가민가 했었지만 정말 럭셔리한 룸이어서 대박이었음 유럽여행중 가장 좋은 방에서 숙박한듯 ㅎ 2박만 예약한게 넘 아쉽..

테라스가 있는 방아였는데 너무 이쁘고 공동공간에도 테라스가 있어서 카페 같은 느낌을 즐길 수 있어 좋았다. 골목에 있는곳인데 낮에는 옆 카페에서 골목까지 테이블을 놓고 장사를 하다보니 택시가 호텔입구까지 들어가지 못했다. 가방이 많은경우 힘듦이 있었다.

My wife and I are very satisfied with the friendly knowledgeable staff and the best quality of their service.We will never forget what they took care of my wife who was sick one day after arrival. We will stay at this hotel again in 2020.

직원도친절하고 스페인광장이랑 가까워위치도 좋지만, 두객실을 예약햇는데 건물이 달라서 좀 불편했습니다. 엘베가없어서 캐리어 들고 계단은 좀 불편.

Das Hotel ist schön, hat einen schönen Roof Garden aber da es an der Via del corso liegt, ist es sehr laut und vor allem am frühen Morgen. Ein ausschlafen war schwierig, die Müllabfuhr …. Also nichts für Ruhesuchende

Property is close to shopping and restaurants

I'm very disappointed with this hotel. They charged my card prior to my arrival and then charged me again when I checked in, so I paid double for my two night stay and I've been working on getting a refund for two months but they will not give me my money back.

Right in the center of town. Breakfast was great. Very confusing access to room via elevator and stairs. Not friendly to seniors and physically disabled. Need official concierge as some desk clerks lack knowledge of surrounding venues/tourist spots.

It located close to Spanish steps and People Plaza, and is in the heart of famous shopping area. The room is clean and comfort. We really love it. The breakfast provided quite a lot of varieties. The room is small compare to most American hotel, but that is normal for an European hotel located in the area built hundreds years ago, I understand it is trade off for good location.

Walking distance to everything! The location is amazing

Perfectly positioned near many main attractions. Supermarket right next door and an array of great shopping and dining experiences at your doorstep. Beautiful rooftop bar and restaurant with fabulous food and awesome cocktails. But most importantly wonderful welcoming, helpful and attentive staff, loved them.

We have stayed at this property for the last two trips to Rome. Once there it is walkable to everything. It is located in the historic district so make arrangements for transportation to and from airport or train station with the hotel. The rooftop bar is wonderful and breakfast is worth the $35e.

We were in the Annex, which is a 1/2 a block from the hotel. There were cars parked in the alley, so it was hard to get our luggage to the room. I believe it's under construction, but garbage pails are all over. The overall location is convenient; it's the little things that make it awkward. Reception tells you to go to the rooftop bar, but when you get there, they are upset if you don't have a reservation. Who knew? They also tell you about the breakfast and are eager to show you the space. They act as if it's an included amenity, until you get the bill. If we had known the cost, we definitely would have had breakfast elsewhere. It would be less frustrating if they were upfront about costs.

Excellent location, right in the heart of the city. Hotel booked early taxi to get us to the airport, no problems. Would stay again.

Lovely hotel with Rome atmosphere. Very friendly and helpful staff. Only 2 criticisms: 1. Very few English speaking TV channels 2. No face tissues in room or bathroom
