Anlage ist in mittelmäßigem Zustand, auch wenn sie auf den ersten Blick ordentlich wirkt. Das Personal ist durchwegs freundlich. Zimmer sind recht groß, das Bad ebenfalls. Dort findet man aber Schimmel an der Decke, Dusche, Duschkopf und Dichtungen haben ihre besten Tage auch hinter sich. Das Mobiliar ist alt und teilweise defekt. Die Poolanlage ist schön angelegt, ein Jaccuzzi vorhanden aber schmutzig. Der Ort selbst wirkt verlassen, hat wenig zu bieten. Frühstück ist süß und lecker, die Auswahl aber überschaubar. Insgesamt durchwachsen.

The family run hotel/restaurant could not have looked after us better. The food wa# exceptionally and we cannot 2ait to revisit.

Una struttura che sembra casa, tutti gli operatori molto disponibili e gentili, il ristorante è la vera chicca piatti ricercati e molto golosi. La zona piscina, l’atmosfera familiare anche se altamente professionale ha reso il nostro soggiorno molto confortevole. Assolutamente consigliato!

La pulizia della camera avviene puntualmente tutti i giorni con il cambio degli asciugamani settimanalmente.

Great family they even shared there personal BBQ dishes with us. The restaurant have great food, rooms clean and quiet. Will visit again. Thanks for the great time.

Avoid this hotel. It is NOT in San Vito lo Capo as the address suggests but rather in a suburb about 5 miles away and it’s a ghost town. You need to drive to everything. There was no one at check in when we arrived after 48 hours of travel, exhausted, and when we finally found someone he was definitely not bilingual (their ad says the staff is bilingual). I had the choice of booking a double, triple or quadruple room on Expedia and I chose the quad for my family of four. However, the clerk insisted that I only booked for three people and asked me for an addition 45 eu a night for our fourth. I agreed to pay him because we were so tired but he got PISSED and nasty with me when I offered him an explanation. I showed him what the ad looked like on Expedia, got out google translate and tried to make sure we weren’t having a language issue, he was still totally aggravated and repeated himself about the number of people about 20 times. The room was dirty, beds rock hard with one flat pillow each, there is mold in the bathroom and it was stiflingly hot and stuffy. The pool is tiny and full with about 5 small children, the restaurant was empty (like the town). All of this would have been acceptable but the rude staff. Even when I handed this guy my credit card and used google translate to show I was offering an explanation for the mix up he continued with his tone. We decided to leave and forgo our prepayment. Stay in San Vito in one of the many lovely guest houses.

Lovely spot - great staff (super friendly and willing to help) and nice pool// jacuzzi area. The breakfast was ok and the room was ok as well. Not the comfiest bed and we unfortunately didn't have toilet paper in our room. The iron worked great and the staff were very responsive to our needs.

Nice hotel with a very friendly and helpful people. We really enjoyed our stay.

Gut für Ausflüge in der Umgebung. Schöner Pool. Reichlich Auswahl im Restaurant. Beim Frühstück leider fast nur Süsses!

Hotel situato nel deserto di castelluzzo troppo lontano da San Vito,8km. E non 4 km come descritto.se avessi potuto sarei andata via. Tutto molto scomodo.e isolato. Hotel con un bel giardino ,parcheggio fra gli ulivi.stanze pulite ma arredamento antico. Ristorante da bocciare: colazione misera e con mosche e vespe che svolazzano tra i secchi cornetti. Ho pranzato una sola volta ed è bastata per andare altrove. Alla reception gentile. ( una sola persona) .il proprietario sign0r Paolo invece. Non disponibile e poco cortese. Hotel negativ0. Il

Pulizia camere impeccabile, accoglienza disponibilità e cortesia dei proprietari infinita, ottima cucina del ristorante pizzeria presente all'interno ed immerso nel verde. Posiz. buona a pochi km dal centro di S Vito. Veramente soddisfatti. Luglio 2015. Complimenti.

Bel soggiorno, l'hotel è carino e molto vicino a San Vito. Le stanze sono confortevoli e pulite, peccato che manchino le zanzariere ... Il personale è gentile, il proprietario è di poche parole, la reception è spesso deserta. Comunque nel complesso positivo, ci potremmo tornare!

buona collocazione vicino a belle spiagge di castelluzzo e soluzione tranquilla vicino a san vito lo capo

Hotel recentemente ristrutturato a conduzione familiare. Tutti gentili e premurosi. Camera ampia, ben curata, pulita e dotata di ottimi servizi. WIFI in camera gratuito. Parcheggio gratuito. Possibilità di pranzare e cenare con ottima qualità (pesce e altre specialità) e prezzi ragionevoli. Ottima posizione per la Riserva del Monte Cofano in riva al mare e per escursioni a Erice Antica e Le Saline di Trapani. Un po' distanti per una vacanza di mare a San Vito Lo Capo. Anche se vengono dati in dotazione gratuita sdrai e ombrellone, è scomodo usufruire della spiaggia di San Vito Lo Capo, perché il parcheggio gratuito è distante dalla spiaggia e forse sarebbe consigliabile scegliere un hotel adiacente al mare anche se un po' più costoso.

l'hotel si trova fuori san vito lo capo pertanto ci si muove bene solo se si ha un mezzo proprio, ma vale la pena fare un pò di strada per poter godere di questa piccola oasi di verde; camere carine e pulite, idem il bagno. Colazione abbondande e varia dal dolce al salato e buonissime torte fatte in casa. un suggerimento: mettevi d'accordo con la titolare per farvi preparare per cena un buon cous cous, il migliore di tutti quelli provati nei locali di san vito che sono stati davvero una fregatura

Ho soggiornato due notti in occasione del couscous fest 2013. Camera e bagno molto spaziosi e puliti. Personale molto cortese e disponibile.
