I have stayed many times at Palazzo Ognissanti and really enjoyed the spacious room for the three of us. Very convenient location for the train and the city centre. Will definitely stay again here when back in Florence!

정말 최악입니다. 여러호텔은 여행해봤지만... 정말다락방 같은 곳에 눅눅한이불 시끄러운 팬 돌아가는 소리 안락함은 전혀없는 곳이에요. 전 방에들어가자마자 방을 바꿔달라했지만 남는 방이 없다고 했고 이 호텔때문에 제 여행을 망칠수 없어 1시간만에 체크아웃하고 다른 호텔로 옮겼네요.저렴한호텔이지만 깨끗한곳도 많은데 정말 최악이었구요 돈이 너무 아까워 미치겠습니다. 흡사 감옥인줄 알았어요. 수용소느낌 호텔스닷컴도 저같은 사람을위해 최신정보를 좀 주셨으면 합니다. 4성급 이라뇨...

정말 별로였습니다. 절대 가지 마세요. 1층(유럽에선 0층)에 룸을 주었는데 바로 밖이 길거리라 전혀 방음이 안되구요, 창을 가려놓았어요. 그래서 햇빛도 비치지 않아요. 침대는 딱딱하구요 부직포같은 것을 깔개로 놓았더라구요. 조식도 별로였음. 비추합니다!!

이 가격주고 방도 괜찮을거 같아서 예약했는데 그 많고많은 방중에 이상한 지하같은데 있는 어두컴컴한 방 주네요 정말 서비스가 최악이네요

중앙역에서 멀지 않아서 이동하기 나쁘지는 않다. 하지만 메인 관광포인트로 가기엔 조금 멀다는 느낌..더위에 지치거나 쇼핑을 하고 중간에 쉬러 들어가기엔 좀 멀다는 느낌이 있다. 바닥이 타일인데 깨끗하다는 느낌이 안드는 이유는 모르겠고..다른건 깨끗하게 관리된 느낌이 든다.. 바로옆에 늘 사람이 바글거리는 식당이 있는데 맛있었다.

This hotel was nice and very quiet. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was a bit small and the WiFi had issues at times. The hotel is located conveniently around places to see within about 10 min walk. It is close to the train station as well. Overall, very happy staying at this hotel!

The room I had was definitely NOT the best room at this nice hotel but I needed a budget friendly option. The room opened to the outside and didn’t have AC. I had to leave early so didn’t get to enjoy the breakfast that was included. The bed was pretty hard but that’s common in Europe/Italy. But the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful!

On the plus side, it is close to the train station (10 minute walk), it's a relative modern hotel with staffed reception area, great breakfast, two elevators, room was basic but comfortable, large bathroom. My main complaint was that the A/C was NOT working, when I complained, I was told hotel was full, so I couldn't change room. Their solution was to send up a fan. Luckyly we went in early May so weather was still cool, our room was over looking the inside patio, we had to sleep with the window open, so we didn't have a noise issue. But a/c not working is unacceptable! Major attraction were within walking distance (15-20) minutes, we are in mid 60's so took a rest halfway. We always sat at the Piazza di Santa Maria Novella which is a beautiful plaza! We has a couple of meals at the local pizzeria/Osteria MASO, a 2 minute walk, reasonable prices, good food, great service.

The Breakfast is wonderfufl. The access to all places easy. There are problems with security in Firenze and in the neighbourhood It is a pity and not the fault of the hotel Firenze is beautiful
