The hotel is close to tourist attractions. Staff are friendly and rooms are clean. The surrounding area is a very quiet and beautiful town.

Mycket trevligt och fräscht hotell, ligger ovanför La Specia och bra avstånd till havet. God frukost, det ligger en restaurang bredvid med mycket god mat menan måste boka bord dagen innan annars är det fullt.

I had great hopes for this hotel but fell short a little. The property is nice and well done but does not offer anything beyond a room and a, lets call it "sufficient" breakfast. Unless you use the spa area which looks great on the pictures, there is just nothing else. The view is great, the location is great and the hotel is in great condition. Hence the reason for the 5-star but it sure is lacking something a little more. Parking is a bit of a pain and loading/unloading should be better explained in an initial email before arriving. We blocked the road by mistake. No elevator, for whoever may need that. We were fine. Just would have liked to love it 100%

Abbiamo utilizzato la struttura come base per la visita delle cinque terre. Il paese è molto carino, arroccato sulla collina, tranquillo e caratteristico, in pochi minuti in auto si può raggiungere la stazione ferroviaria (nel fondovalle), che con una buona frequenza è collegata a La Spezia centrale, da cui partono i treni per le 5 terre.

Très bon séjour, la personne a l'accueil a fait l'effort de nous parler en français et de nous donner des astuces pour la durée du séjour.

We booked the room a long time in advance to make use of the spa facilities. When we arrived we tried to get day access to the spa as specified in hotels.com. We were informed that this was wrong, price was per hour. On insisting, we were told they were fully booked for the day. On insisting further, we were finally offered 2 hours the next morning, but we had to leave and could not make use of the spa. As a note they are still selling day access to the spa on hotels.com. Additionally the garden closes in the evening and our room was not ready on time. All in all a bad experience.

Historical, quiet, friendly

Only one night in this lovely hotel in a beautiful hill top village. Our room was gorgeous with a four poster bed, the spa was the best I have experienced , staff friendly and attentive to our needs and breakfast was tasty and enough to satisfy the biggest appetite. Grazie for a wonderful stay to the whole team at IL convento.

Super séjour....les filles parlent français et il est facile de visiter les cinques terres. L hôtel est propre dans un petit village de charme .

Die Lage und der Ort des Hotels ist wunderschön. Das Frühstück war klein, fein aber lecker. besonders die Pancakes und frischen Früchte. Das Zimmer war sauber. Ein No-Go ist, dass auf den Bildern mit einem WELLNESS Angebot geworben wird, welches man als Hotelgast ZUSÄTZLICH bezahlen muss und zwar mit € 25.00 pro Person. Das ist sehr frech!! Die Antwort war, wir können nicht genau sagen, was auf den online-Plattformen aufgeschaltet wird. das stimmt nicht, ich arbeite selber in einem Hotel und du bestimmst, welche BIlder erscheinen. Zumal der Wellnessbereich sehr sehr klein ist. Das Bett war eine Katastrophe! Es hat die ganze Nacht gequietscht und das bei der kleinsten Bewegung. Wir hatten dann die Matratze auf den Boden befördert. Naja, es war besser, aber auch nicht bequem. Es gab nur ein Leintuch, kein Duvet/Decke. Immerhin fanden wir im Schrank noch eine Wolldecke um ein wenig das Gefühl einer Decke zu haben. Die Kissen waren zu hart. Es ist ein schönes Haus mit Stil, aber wir würden nicht wieder buchen.

Très bon hôtel,calme, mention particulière pour le personnel très agréable et accueillant,très belles chambres très bien aménagées, et le petit déjeuner est aussi varié qu excellent. Enfin, une mention également pour le restaurant avec lequel ils collaborent, les prix sont vraiment plus qu abordables, le personnel gentil et la nourriture d'excellente qualité.

Vezzano ligure è un Borgo medioevale molto carino e fuori dal caos della città di Là Spezia.L'albergo è piccolo ma molto bello e il personale gentile e disponibile.Lo consiglio.

Bel posto, tenuto molto bene. Ottima anche la colazione. Lo consiglio.

Sejour tres agréable Tres bel hotel avec espace detente Relaxation spa soins

We loved the hotel, we actually extended our stay another night. We didn't have a car and it is definitely off the beaten path. We used the local bus and many taxis to get to La Spezia. Very nice and helpful staff.

Grazioso hotel in un paesino arroccato su una montagna a pochi km da La Spezia e Lerici.Dotato di una piccola spa.Personale gentile e disponibile. Non vi è un ristorante dell' albergo(solo sala X prima colazione ) ma al piano inferiore vi è una locanda con piatti tipici(non male) e una pizzeria a 50 mt ( eccellente).Tutto sommato struttura molto accogliente.Unica mia nota negativa e' il fatto che X il giorno del compleanno di mia figlia ho chiesto una mini torta X colazione e poi ho trovato l' addebito sul conto ...beh quei 10 euro su un conto di euro 450 potevano anche essere omaggiati...si sono persi in un bicchiere d'acqua!:(

Hôtel sympathique, un bel accueil. Dommage que le spa ne fasse pas parti de l'hôtel, ayant des horaires bien précis, je n'ai pu en profiter.
