호텔 자체는 넓고 깨끗하나 밸리뷰를 예약하였음에도 호텔 안쪽 마당만 보이는 방을 받음.

고객으로서 최고의 별점을 주고 싶다. 감탄을 자아내게하는 발도르차 평원의 전망가진 넓은 방과 침대, 훌륭한 시설과 조식, 친절한 스태프등 잊을수 없는 귀한 시간을 선물했다.

Tudo ótimo… só não gostei de ter ficado em outra ala no hotel onde tivemos que subir 2 lances de escada com 2 malas pesadíssimas. E como o hotel estava lotado, não foi possível trocar de quarto.

Recepcionistas e funcionários atenciosos e prestativos. Boa localização o segundo edifício que tem dois andares não tem elevador, subir pelas escadas, pequeno almoço completo e as vistas são ótimas!

This is a lovely hotel with a very comfortable bed , the bathroom is spacious and a very good breakfast. The people at the reception desk were very polite. Very well located , as well .

La camera era molto grande, pulita ma un po' freddina al check in, visto anche le condizioni atmosferiche. La colazione è favolosa in un contesto molto suggestivo

Ottimo hotel in centro dotato di tutto quello che serve.

Hotel ruim. Ambientes desagradáveis: portaria, sala de café, parte externa. A sala do café da manhã é escura e suja (toalhas amassadas, furadas). O pátio e a portaria carecem de cuidados. Existência de entulhos nas áreas comuns.

The staff was really nice especially when we had a situation with other guest: During night they played loud music outside their room, yelled and when we told them respectfully to be calm, one of them spitted on us. I don’t know what happens to them after this night, but we got a better room the next morning. All in all the hotel is okay, but pretty old, the furniture as well. They have pictures of a terrace online which belongs to a restaurant and could only be used when this was closed. There was no other comfy area outside to relax

One night stay during a stopover in Pienza (cool town!). Unfortunately this hotel didn't have functional air conditioning as advertised. Supposedly it had been turned off for the season despite Italy having near record daytime highs for this time of year. The staff did attempt to help by reactivating the in room AC units on our floor but it was completely ineffective. I believe it was 'functional' in the sense that the in room unit had power but it cooled the room 0%. We had 2 rooms and they acted the same way. We were given a fan and slept with the windows open but just couldn't get enough airflow intol the room despite the outside temperature being very pleasant sweatshirt weather. I know this can be the case in Europe, but as an American who seeks out places that advertise AC, this was a big letdown. I will say the breakfast and hotel location/views are excellent.

Needed an extra night and got a room through Hotels.com. Was there for a wedding. The room was small but the location was where I wanted to be and the breakfast was very good.

L’hôtel se trouve dans le centre de Pienza accessible uniquement à Pied (nous avons garé la voiture à 5min à pied dans la rue et nous avons eu aucun souci) L’hôtel se trouve en plein centre historique, permettant de visiter Pienza très facilement avec une très belle vue. La piscine se trouve à l’extérieur et permet de se retrouver au calme avec uniquement les autres voyageurs. Le petit déjeuner est bien complet et très gourmand. Nous avions pris une petite chambre idéal pour passer la nuit. Nous avions pu laisser les valises à l’hôtel durant la visite de la ville.

This property was in a perfect location if you would like to visit Pienza. The restaurant on site - whilst not affiliated with the hotel sits right above the pool so found it a bit awkward leaving the pool and walking through people dining. Their drinks were also so expensive and not worth it - so avoid ordering off them if you are not wanting to spend a lot of money. Otherwise the hotel staff were pleasant and the breakfast was incredible!
