호텔 산 조르조

It was pretty good, but the way to go there was pretty shady at night. It was okay in the morning, but when it gets dark, it was pretty scary to go out. Breakfast was AWESOME!!! it was really good. In general, i really liked it. It was only five minutes away from the ferry station.

I actually couldn't stay at this hotel. Becuase when I arrived they missed my reservation. But fortunately i get to move to different hotel which was nicer. But i would say if you want to travel and be comfortable in Venice this hotels location is nice. Its inside of the main Island where all the main site seeings are!

All amazing in general !

My wife and I came from Canada and spent the night in September at this hotel. The front desk manager Shrepsa made us feel welcomed and she made sure our stay was great. I highly recommend anyone visiting Venice to stay there.

Small room, which I expected. No soap, bad wiring (dangerous?), and loose faucet in bathroom. Seemed clean enough, but was warm and AC didn’t work well.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL The hotel advertised 24/7 reception but we turned up to a locked door and not a single person around. We rang the buzzer for at least 30 minutes and had no response. We tried to call the number on the door but also had no answer. We had to contact Hotels.com for support and they also could not get in touch with the hotel. We had to walk around Venice at 10pm in the dark trying to find another hotel with a room! We didn’t ever get a response from the hotel to apologise either! Don’t waste your time!!

What was bad is that if you arrive after 3pm nobody is going to open the door of the hotel. You need to wait somebody (customer) to arrive so you can get in, and take the keys that are in an envelope with your name. You can be waiting there 40 mins. Other bad thing is that you don't have soap or shampoo in the room, so be aware of that and take it with you from home

This was a nice place to stay. The staff wasn’t present when we arrived and left our key outside, getting wifi was a bit challenging. Overall the room was quite nice and a bit small. The bathroom area was extremely small alongside the shower. For the price the room was worth it.

El hotel muy bien ubicado pero las fotos del sitio no son ni parecidas a la realidad

Séjour globalement agréable, mais je ne recommande pas cet hôtel. À notre arrivée, personne à l’accueil pour nous ouvrir. Heureusement que j’avais lu les avis précédents et su que les clés étaient laissées dans une enveloppe, posée sur le rebord d’une fenêtre à l’extérieur du bâtiment — du jamais vu ! En entrant dans notre chambre, nous avons trouvé une serviette de douche au sol… La climatisation fuyait et l’eau gouttait directement dessus. Nous n’avons vu aucun membre du personnel avant la fin d’après-midi du lendemain, lorsque nous avons enfin été reçus par une employée peu aimable, visiblement pas ravie d’être là. La chambre était propre, mais c’est le seul point positif.

They did not open door, no answer to my call, no answer to messages, I was left ou in streeet at 10 PM to find abother hotel. Terrible irresponsible hotel

AC doesn’t working, there was no reception most of the time and really hard to talk with them in english

Purtroppo in questo momento devo dare un giudizio estremamente negativo, tranne che per la gentilezza della persona che ho contattato al telefono: la reception chiude nel pomeriggio, sulla porta ci sono scritti due numeri di telefono a cui rivolgersi, ho chiamato quello con il prefisso 041, auna operatrice gentilissima mi ha spiegato che quando la reception chiude le chiavi vengono messe in una busta "nascosta" nelle vicinanze della porta. Trovata UNA busta, ma le camere prenotate erano DUE, quindi uno dei due avrebbe dovuto cercarsi un altra sistemazione. Ho disdetto la prenotazione di entrambe le camere , abbiamo trovato un altro hotel (per fortuna) e richiesto il rimborso inviando immediatamente una email ai contatti inviatimi dalla (gentilissima, ripeto) operatrice telefonica. A oggi, dopo 24 ore , non ho ancora ricevuto risposta. Quindi....non so cosa dire, sicuramente una grossa disorganizzazione iniziale, vedremo cosa succederà...tutti possono sbagliare ma dipende da come si rimedia.

Smell badly, mosquitoes, dark room. No service at reception desk. No A/C. Windows have no net. No smoke detector. Dangerous place.the lady doesn’t speak English purposely.

No AC no refrigerator (both not working) For air I had to open a screen less window over a stinking canal with mosquitos flying in so Iclosed the window & slept in a hot box. No amenities. A very dismal experience in room 25. Stay here? Never! .
