A fabulous place to stay with a fabulous staff a beautiful view of breakfast second to none. Just an amazing experience. If you’re traveling to Sienna you need to stay here. Don’t even look anywhere else. Just stay here. It’s the nicest place around. The property is gorgeous. The rooms are amazing Fabulous place. Fabulous staff fabulous food fabulous views walking distance to everything thank you to the staff, you folks were incredible!

Excellent front office staff - from the desk to the barista. Easy walk to the walled city - about 3-4 blocks, resulting in a tranquil setting over the pool.

The hotel localtion is greaf, walking distance from the city walls. The attitude of the staff is great, always trying to help and make you feel comfortable.

Leider war es ab 7 Uhr in der Früh nicht möglich zu schlafen da wir die Zimmer neben dem Frühstücksraum bekamen und es sehr laut war. Was uns extrem störte war es das wir keinen Tisch zum Frühstück bekommen haben weil alles voll war wir mussten wieder ins Zimmer und halbe Stunde später haben wir dann einen Tischen bekommen. In großen und ganzen ist Preis/Leistung ok.

From the moment I arrived, the reception team—Ina, Francesco, and Fabio—made me feel warmly welcomed. Their friendly demeanor and helpful tips about the area truly set the tone for a fantastic stay. The breakfast service was a highlight of my mornings. Although I regret not catching the names of the staff who attended to us, their attentiveness and care did not go unnoticed. They created such a cheerful atmosphere, ensuring that everything was well-stocked and that we were comfortable. It was a lovely way to start each day! Additionally, the room cleaning service was top-notch. The staff ensured my room was spotless and cozy, and I appreciated the little touches that made my stay even more enjoyable. Lastly, a shout-out to Italo at the bar! His cocktails were a delight, and his friendly conversation added a special touch to my evenings. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I left feeling refreshed and grateful for the wonderful experiences provided by the amazing staff. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay!

Wonderful staff. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Quiet and modern room. Location is easy walk to town along quiet neighborhood street. Parking is plentiful. A truly lovely experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel, great staff. The best welcome and service we have had on this trip so far. Comfortable beds, really clean rooms. Good selection at breakfast. About a 15 min walk to the walled city.

Suveränt boende som har allt man egentligen behöver på ett hotell och vi kommer gärna tillbaka. Personal som visar passion och inte "bara jobbar". Fina rum med supereffektiv och tyst air-condition, stor och fräsch frukostbuffé, pool, gratis parkering, lånecyklar, låneparaply m.m. Bara 10 min gångavstånd till Lucca centrum som dessutom visade sig vara den stad vi uppskattade mest under vår resa i Toscana pga betydligt mer autentisk atmosfär utan att trängas med turister.

Roadtripping i Toscana. Fint og greit hotell med basseng og liten fin uteplass. Mest av alt var det mottagelsen og service som utmerket seg. Greit rom og frokost, men resepsjonen var bra. Gratis parkering.

Amazing! The perfect modern boutique hotel with the nicest staff and the greatest location, 10 minutes walk from the city.

Our stay at hotel San Marco couldn't have gone any better. We were impressed by the friendliness of all the staff, who made our stay even better. The whole hotel was very clean, including of course our room. We also enjoyed the pool to cool down after a hot day walking around the city. The location is great as well, just a stone's throw away from the city centre and close to local restaurants outside (we received great recommendations too from the staff)
