We got a 2 twin bedroom apt. w/ 1 bath. It was beautiful. Had some cracks here and there but that is to be expected since the island is mud and shifts. Beds comfortable, hot water to last 4 ladies. Kitchen equipped. There is a waterbus transport stop down the walkway so it makes it conveniant to get around by public boat transport. Resteraunts and stores close by. Safe area as well. FYI Any hotel you check into in Italy needs your passport info asap. If they dont document you are in the country they can shut down the hotel for 15 days.

바포레토 선착장에서 가깝고 시설도 편리해요. 공용 욕실이 항상 깨끗했고 늘 준비해주시는 커피도 참 맛있었습니다. 호텔 바로 앞에 술집이 있어서 밤 골목길을 덜 무섭게 해주지만 방에서 약간 소음이 들린다는 점이 장점이자 단점입니다.

아주머니가 친절하시고 숙소는 정갈하고 깔끔해요. 엘레베이터가 없는게 단점이긴하지만 이탈리아의 느낌이 물씬나는 소박하지만 분위기있는 곳이었어요. 구글맵으론 잘 찾아가기 어려우니 번지수를 찾아 가는것을 추천합니다. 대문앞에 각각 숫자가 써져 있으니 찾기 쉬우실거에요. 요즘은 옆건물에 공사하던데 공사하는 바로 옆에 대문이 있어요

수상버스선착장에서는 가깝고 산마르코광장에서도아주가깝습니다.시끄럽지도않고 위치는좋습니다.그러나 사실 베니스라는 섬이아주작은섬이라서 대운하주변호텔로만 예약한다면 어디든가까울것같아요. 마담이 아주친절하고 여러가지다알려줘요. 문제는 그게아님.베니스는 습해서 타유럽과달리 아주더움 밤에도더움.근데 에어컨이안됨.방에에어컨자체가없음.그리고방완전좁음. 침대하나들어가고 그옆에공간진짜작음. 호텔은 밤에들어와서 편해야된다고 생각하는데 더 불편함. 아 그리고 호텔이2층부터시작하는데 엘베가없음 계단으로짐 들고올라가야함.쨌든 다신가고싶지않음. 유럽여행중 최악의호텔 shared bathroom is clean and Madam is really kind. but theres no lift, so we had to lift our luggage through stairs to the lobby. lobby is on the 2nd floor. and venice is humid so it's hot after sun set too. BUT theres no Airconditioner! i shouldve checked. Hotel with no airconditioner. It was awful.

This is not a Hotel, this is a hoStel. The facilities were incompatible for a family with a baby. There was no one to give information or do the check-in. The phone was incorrect on Expedia. We took a long and valuable time trying to contact someone. We had to book another property (a real hotel) on the last minute. We asked for the cancellation of the hoStel booking and to be refunded. However, the person we could contact on the phone just ignored us. We lost a lot of money time. This was not cheap. I want my money back!

Great location, only about a 3-5 minute walk from the Sant Angelo water taxi stop. A lot of up and down stairs, but the short walk made up for it. Great little location and quaint little hotel. Get ready to climb stairs! If you brought a ton of luggage, this may be difficult. The full room was perfect size just for 1-2 people with minimal luggage, very clean. Love the neighborhood! 5-15 minute walk everywhere you need, or just hop on the water taxi. Staff was very friendly. Would recommend. Only thing I wish they had was a bottle of water or two for the room, and/or a little snack for breakfast.

We loved staying at Hotel San Samuele. The directions on how to get to the hotel from the airport was very clear. The instructions on how to enter the hotel and access the room was also very clear. The room was very clean and the view outside our window was truly charming.

Lovely, well-placed Venetian apartment that is great as a base for all the sights of Venice. Be aware that it is not a hotel as such and there is no reception or other hotel facilities. It is in essence self catering but as a single dad worked well as a two bed apartment with my daughter.

Very nice place, very clean and well looked after. You can tell that the owner takes care of it very well. The owner is a wonderful lady she helped me with directions and we talked about her collection of vintage furniture which she chose to decorate her hotel with. Would stay again.

Excellent rapport qualité-prix hors saison (décembre). Service impeccable et affable. Plusieurs renseignements donnés pour visiter Venise et petite carte de la ville très utile. Petit ménage fait à chaque jour et pyjama plié sur l'oreiller ! La cuisine n'est malheureusement pas toujours accessible car au même endroit que l'office et donc barrée à partir de 13h. Endroit calme mais on peut entendre un peu les voisins car les murs sont "minces". Un peu frais dans la chambre même avec le chauffage au maximum et la poignée de porte devrait être changée pour plus de sûreté (il y avait un jeu...). Matelas et oreiller de qualité moyenne, un peu froid en hiver...

Très bien situé à deux pas du Dorsoduro et de la place Saint Marc. Accueil sympathique et en français de Judith. Attention certaines chambres n'ont pas de salle de bains... Ce que nous n'avions pas vu à la réservation. Problème réglé efficacement à l'arrivée.

We stayed for two nights at Hotel San Samuele in June 2021 and had a great time. The location is perfect, in a quiet area but close to everything. Wifi worked really well in our room (which doesn’t often happen in Venice) and the host Judith was super friendly. The (self) check-in was convenient and we loved that it didn’t matter that we arrived a bit later at night. The building is also lovely!
