This was a traumatic experience. The room we booked well in advance was not available. It was given to other guests who arrived a day before. We know this because we understand Italian and heard the receptionist saying so on the phone to the manager. The receptionist could provide the last remaining room overlooking the main busy and noisy street. The receptionist tried to convince us that the rooms they provide are not according to the picture appearing on the booking website. When we insisted that we should get the room we paid for they were upset and harassed us even by threatening to call the police. We had no choice but to leave and book another hotel nearby.

Ascenseur à utiliser qu'à partir de 8 h jusqu'à 21 h. Bien sûr, il n'y a que 2 étages, mais il faut penser aux personnes ayant des difficultés avec les escaliers.Cela, évidemment, garanti la tranquillité de l'hôtel.

Room converted attic space. Cannot recommend for anyone over 5 feet tall without fear for a head injury. unable to walk around bed without ducking Staff helpful but not all spoke very good English. Great location!

Stayed four nights. Friendly, helpful reception. lift to first floor room No 106. Good choice continental breakfast ( no eggs or hot food). Very near St Vitale and to Via Maggiore, 62, where we enjoyed good food each night at Al Corte restaurant. Would stay here again.

Хороший отель. Для маленького города расположен хорошо. До всех достопримечательностей дойти за 5 -10 минут дойти можно. Отель от вокзала найти легко. По городу карты везде развешены и имея адрес не заблудишься. В номере чисто и уютно. Завтрак стандартный для Италии, что, увы, означает - без горячего. Повторюсь, отель понравился и для проживания рекомендую.

This was the best of several hotels we stayed in on a trip round the region. the room was spacious and overlooking a beautiful garden where we enjoyed breakfast several mornings. The hotel felt peaceful and the ambience was very relaxing.
