Fantastic view of the lake. Close walking distance to everything. Large, clean and comfortable rooms. Nice breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

Arrived to issues with parking, city access to hotel area in traffic restricted zone and a few other niggles... SO glad to say the Sole Hotel team were on to it straight away, found solutions and fixed every concern in a charming, diligent and thorough way. 5 stars, you can be VERY confident in this hotel and its PROFESSIONAL staff. From cleaners to bar waiters to management. This is a classy team. As to location, its unbeatable. Lakeside, on the main square with breathtaking views. Free breakfast is excellent in choice and variety. Very Happy, book with confidence.

My stay at the hotel sole lake garda was very good, lovely friendly staff, clean rooms and great food. I will definitely go back.

I recently stayed at a hotel booked through your platform. While I really liked the location, I was disappointed with several aspects of the stay. The reception staff were a bit rude and unwelcoming, which affected the overall experience. Additionally, the room lacked basic amenities such as coffee and general facilities. The air conditioning was not operational, and we were told it would only start from June 1st—this important detail was not mentioned on your site. Overall, I found the hotel’s facilities to be outdated and overly commercial, which did not match the listing’s impression. I hope you can take this feedback into consideration for future listings. Wonderful hotel in the best location. The restaurant was excellent and the staff was very friendly. The view from our room was stunning! Would absolutely recommend this hotel.

Beautiful property. Parking is tricky and providing directions on the exact location of the parking facility well in advance would make things easier.

Great stay

Das Hotel befindet sich in toller Lage, direkt gegenüber vom Hafen. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Von draußen hört man nichts wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind (was super ist), da es vor allem in der Früh sehr laut werden kann (Berfusverkehr) das merkt man sobald man die Fenster öffnet. Die Zimmer sind hübsch eingerichtet, allerdings ist der Balkon mini gewesen, es standen zwar zwei Stühle und ein kleiner Klapptisch auf dem Balkon, aber es ist so klein dass es eigentlich für zwei Kinder geeignet ist und nicht für Erwachsene. Es sind wenige Steckdosen im Zimmer vorhanden und die die da sind sind sehr alt (wackeln) und das Laden von Handy´s dauert sehr lange. Sauberkeit im Zimmer war in Ordnung, aber im Bad leider nicht.Ich fand in der Dusche (in einer Ecke) einen bereits benutzen Einwegrasierer, dieser war bereits dort als wir gekommen sind, und als wir zwei Tage später gegangen sind, stand dieser immer noch dort obwohl das Zimmer gereinigt worden ist, das darf nicht sein und ist für mich ein absoluter Minus Punkt für das Hotel.
