Hôtel très bien propre et accueillant . Accès plage et commerces parfait…. Juste 10 euros pour une serviette de bain finalement utilisée cinq minutes , un peu cher…. Bagages en consigne sympa

The location is great but lot of the service don’t work the restaurant was closed for lunch or dinner ,the phone in the room didn’t work but charged 4 euro to bring the breakfast in the room but I had to go downstairs !! If you wanted a pool towel they wanted ten euro a day mmm

The room was clean, but very old. Air conditioning work great but the beds were very uncomfortable.. I would not come here for a beach vacation.

The hotel was in a great location, walking distance to the port, bus station, great restaurants and shops. However the pool area needs refurbishing to bring up to the expected standards. Decor of our room was tired, interesting location of the washbasin as it was in the bedroom rather than the bathroom which we found far from ideal.

I edited my room with partial sea view I initially booked by Expedia.com but need to cancel last night 09/18/2025, but didn't change anything about this room. When we came to Solamere Beach hotel we had been offered just a small standard room without any view. It is not a hotel who change my initial booking room there, it was done by expedia.com, that's was we had been told. It was very upsetting, especially when you come to this palce to rest by the sea.

All staff very friendly and helpful. Air conditioning in the room was weak. Hotel older, but location near street markets/restaurants excellent.

Das fruehstueck ist reichaltig, der raum befindet sich leider im untergeschoss, dafuer ist die lobby schoen und gross! Der pool hat mir auch gut gefallen! Direkt mit blick aufs meer!

It was a great location. Room was decent size, clean comfortable beds. Nice beach front, grest size pool nice balcony room. Good breakfast. The spa was not much. They had a spa the massage was okay for the price but I would not recommend going to this hotel for a spa. Good location, clean and nice people..

Posizione comodissima sulla spiaggia, a meno di 10 minuti a piedi dal porto, sul mare, personale gentilissimo e colazione abbondante. Peccato solo per la condizione delle stanze, andrebbero manotenute un po' di più...

We loved our stay at Solemare. The staff were outstanding and were always extremely helpful and willing to please. The breakfast was amazing with great variety. We would definitely choose Solemare again when we return to Ischia. Lina and Laurie

This was our second stay at this hotel. The staff is absolutely the best. Always smiling, kind and helpful. The breakfast is amazing. A lot of choices and always tasty and fresh. The outdoor swimming pool is kept very well. Always clean and it looks new. I love that the hotel is located right across the beach. Their lido is a minute away. The thing I don't get is why the umbrella and chairs are not included in the price? Or at least give their guests a discount on the price. But quite a few lidos to the right and left that offer better prices. I guess you pay for the convenience of staying right in front of the hotel. Did not try the spa but they have a lot of choices, rather pricey. Hotel is not right in the main walkway but it's just a few minutes away from the main street. A lot of stores, bars, cafes, restaurants within walking distance. Now for the negatives. The rooms need to have an upgrade. They are very outdated and a lot of the appliances do not work. Both times, in different rooms, the hair dryers did not work. This last time, our fridge did not work. The bathroom door would not close (it was one of those sliding doors that kept sliding open) so we had to get crafty with a plastic bag handle. I think the hotel needs a bit of an upgrade because it is old. We had to ask for more pillows because the ones they had were as flat as pancakes but adding another really didn't make a difference. All in all, a convenient location, great breakfast included, and a great staff!

Just simply amazing staff and everything perfect

Our first time in Ischia & we had a lovely stay. The staff were very helpful. The views of the ocean were absolutely gorgeous. Great variety of breakfast and options of restaurants. It’s an older hotel, but I liked that about it.

The location is great. Walkable to port and other area. The beach is nice. The spa was nice and clean. The staff were very helpful. We found the mattresses on the beds to be very uncomfortable. They weren’t old or worn out just hard and unable for us to get comfortable to gave a good night rest for four nights. That’s my only wish was that the beds had some type of comfort topper to make the more comfortable.
