Très belle hôtel familiale, j ai adoré mon séjour

We were impressed with the hotel and staff. Sam and his Mother were professional and made sure our stay was great. The breakfast was delicious and had many options aswell. We would highly recommend this hotel, you’ll be impressed also 🙂

Rent och fräscht, bra frukost. Lyhört mellan rummen. Trevlig personal!

Le restaurant était très bien pour le dîner et pour le petit déjeuner. La chambre était très moyenne.Il faisait froid. Et le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas ! Période très humide .

Electrical points need some care as only one point to charge phones iPad etc

Nice hotel running by family, Roger and his son Somuelle were very nice and gave us advice how to park car in the town, Mountain View’s, walked once upstairs, othe time parked car near lake for free

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The food at the Hotel restaurant was amazing. The breakfast was well worth the extra cost.

Super clean and comfortable. Not fancy, but nice. Great and friendly service. Good breakfast. Nice pool area. It is a good 12 to 15 minute walk to town, uphill on the way back, but doable. Nice and quite hillside. Great for relaxing with a drink by the pool after exploring other areas of lake como!

Mysigt hotell med pool och trevlig personal. Saknade poolhanddukar. Ena sängen gick också sönder men de glömde fixa den. Inga brandvarnare på rummet. Dock Överlag bra upplevelse!

We asked to cancel or change dates of our booking 5 days prior our arrival because of the war against Iran that closed all airports in Israel for 12 days. The hotel didn't care about it and refused to cancel or change the dates and charged the full amount of our reservation.

Great place to stay! My second year visiting this property. The staff is great, the breakfast is delicious, and it is overall a great value!

The staff were wonderful here. The bedrooms are old but we knew that prior to coming and Menaggio is so spectacular we are only in room to sleep! Rooms did have option of Netflix and prime which was great. Breakfast delicious - continental with small amount of cooked food. Staff couldn’t be more helpful and polite, my children and I loved them. We didn’t have a car and walked everywhere but you must have good level of fitness to do this as hotel up very steep hills with many (many) steps. Has car park though if you have a rental. Gorgeous swimming pool and sunbed area. Play park with football goals opposite hotel. Loved it and will return Thank you Sonenga ♥️

Bien situé dans les hauteurs de Menaggio. Au calme, propre, literie confortable. Responsable agréable et qui parle français. Petit déjeuner très copieux et varié. Problème d'eau chaude mais qui a été réglé rapidement.

The family room for 4 was in terrible condition. The drain in bath was choked, air conditioning didn’t work properly leading us to sleep in cold. The extended bed was uncomfortable. We had dinner in the accommodation which was fine. Overall not so good

La chambre était froide et pas chaleureuse. Toutes les éclairages fonctionnaient pas, la fenêtre de la salle de bain ne tenait pas fermé. Le petit déjeuner est bien préparé, copieux et frais mais reste onéreux. Le personnel est agréable Il y a possibilité de stationner devant l’hôtel mais il il n'y a que 18 places pour 24 chambres et est facturé 7€50 par jour... C'est au calme, une jolie vue mais difficile de descendre en ville à pied, donc en voiture.

The hotel met our needs perfectly. The location was peaceful and the service was excellent.
