Cleaning service was excellent. Parking was also good, but it was off season so there weren’t too many guests. The ambience around the pool was stellar with comfortable canopies beds and places to enjoy the sun. Breakfast was provided by the neighboring restaurant, and the woman who made omelettes could not have been more un-friendly! In fact, “omelette lady” has now become code between my husband and me for a person who is not nice. Our bed was too bouncy, but the room was spacious. We had a flood from the shower into the bedroom, and the staff told us not to worry about it and that it was “normal.” That struck us as strange, but we figured it was an Italian thing.

El hotel está muy bonito, las instalaciones también, el desayuno poco variado y lo que había estaba frío. No reserves este hotel si no tienes un transporte privado, la fecha de la entrada llegamos a las 19 en la estación de altavila Milicia, la estación está muy lejos del pueblo y sobretodo del hotel, no hay transporte público ni taxi y caminando es muy difícil de llegar porque solo hay carretera por donde no deberían de pasar peatones, hemos llamado al hotel y nos mandaron un taxi que costó 25€( 3 km ) En el hotel hay un solo restaurante que no tiene mucha variedad y no hay nada de tiendas o supermercados cerca ni siquiera para comprar agua. En conclusión es un hotel para desconectar de todo y pagar todo allí dentro. También en recepción pone que está prohibido llevar comida desde fuera

Affreux. À fuir. Première nuit, j’ai attrapé la salmonellose avec intoxication au poisson dans le restaurant de l’hotel. (J’ai prevenu de mon allergie au lait on m’a aussi assuré que le plat était sans, sauf que manque de bol mon plat était à la crème donc en + j’ai fais une allergie heureusement j’en ai manqué que peu, assez pour une réaction mais pas à faire un oeudème de quick, mais leur espadon m’aura donné la salmonellose). De la moissisure dans la chambre, le couvre lit était sale, des balcons tout le monde voit sur le lit, le train passe toutes les heures et fait un bruit monstre. Petit déjeuné affreux et racis. Aucun remboursement sur le repas et j’ai tellement été malade que j’ai demandé de l’eau minéral et j’ai du la payer (car le seul magasin est à 19km). À fuir, je suis sicilienne et j’ai détesté au plus au point, la plage est sale. Non vraiment jugé par les photos mais à fuir. Mais le personnel de l’hotel est gentil contrairement à celui du restaurant qui vous dénigre et vous prend de haut.

Das Hotel ist schön und sauber. Leider etwas abgelegen und es hat keine Transportmittel. Taxis sind sehr teuer. 3.4 km 30.- Euro

Great views, lovely staff, great room and hotel but completely inaccessible without a car. No way to walk from the hotel to the station because there are no pavements on the roads. Had to rely on $25 taxi journeys each way just to be able to leave the hotel. No shops around the hotel, had to go to Palermo.

We stayed for 5 days. Great staff and service. Specially from Mariano and Francesca. The private beach is perfect to relax. From this location we visited many places in Sicilia doing day trips. The view is stunning and very nice to have breakfast with this view.

The ocean view was incredible falling asleep to the sound of waves. Every night was very peaceful however, the Internet did not work in the room. Even when they provided an alternate Wi-Fi source moved at a snails pace. You had to stay in the lobby. The hotel seems like it’s designed more for locals that need a staycation because there is nothing around the hotel doesn’t have room service or anything within walking that is helpful for a first time visitor. They have an ice cream shop and a small store on the premises plus a restaurant, but it’s literally in the middle of nowhere in the hotel provides no shuttle service or transportation, except for calling a taxi service. It’s definitely a venue for parties (baby showers wedding receptions, etc.) doesn’t necessarily seem designed for tourists for vacation. If you don’t go to eat at the times when the restaurant is open, there’s nowhere else for you to go and they don’t allow you to bring food from outside to the hotel. A lot of areas of the hotel are extremely rundown. It just seems like somebody abandoned the hotel or was in the middle of renovating and walked away from the project. The staff is very limited the gentlemen in the front did their best. Most of the time everyone acts like you’re inconveniencing them when you ask a question.

Bed was horrible. Coil springs which you felt. Every one of them. Front desk would not provide a substitute. Pool was cold. Beach was very rocky. You need water shoes. However the water was crystal clear and warm. Parking was sporadic. Pizza restaurant was good. You could take out. Breakfast was okay but cold. Uncooked bacon. Omelette option was there. Food served was repetitive. Our apartment had a washer which was convenient

Wowza views! Stunning beach front and nice restaurants. Dont stay in rooms 61-63 as they share a wall with kitchen area/restaurant.
