Hotel The Haven Roma

제가 묵었던 방이 별로였던건지.. 복도에서 문 열자마자 침대가 보이는 구조로 (아주 짧은 복도나 옷장이 보이는것이 아닌) 잠깐 문열어도 침대가 보여서 구조적으로 불편했고. 창문밖에 지하 주방 환풍기쪽이어서 문을 닫았음에도 음식냄새가 계속 올라왓음 . 방을 바꿔달라했지만 동급 객실은 이미 자리가없고 특실(?) 가격추가하는곳만 알려줌. 이탈리아 여행중 가장 비싸게 잡은 호텔인데. . 오히려 묵었던 세 호텔중 가장 최악

이 호텔은 도대체 왜 5성급인지 이해가 안돼요. 샤워를 욕조에서 하는 주니어 스윗트 룸이 이 호텔 입니다. 침대 매트리스가 넘 안좋아서 허리가 아프고 잠을 제대로 잘수가 없었어요. 좀 개선 하세요.

가성비 좋았던 5성급 호텔. 2층짜리의 작은 호텔이나 조식이 훌륭하였고 떠날때 선물도 주는 감동의 서비스! 다만 하루는 뜨거운 물이 안나왔었는데 다른 날은 괜찮았음 :)

정성껏 관리되고 있다 라는 말로 요약될 수 있음 직원들은 교육을 잘 받았으며, 내부는 매우 청결하고, 특히 조식은 최고였다. 다음 로마 방문시에도 반드시 숙박하고 싶습니다.

허니문이라고 말하니 샴페인을 서비스로 줌. 그리고 관광명소에서 매우 가까움

Incredible service al the way around. Very clean and spacious. In a quieter neighborhood but a nice escape. Eat at the restaurant!

A very nice hotel, although quite expensive one. Service at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant All'Oro was extremely good (hey, Michelin star, what can you expect). There were a couple of negatives though, and they had something to do with the room. We booked an executive suite, and quite frankly, the only thing that reminded executive suite was the complimentary champagne that we were served to our room once getting in. The hard wood floors were pretty worn out, and were actually loose and broken next to the bed. That was fixed by putting a carpet on the floor above the broken floor. The other thing was that the bed was quite bad. The mattress also old, you could feel the springs on your back, as there were no pillow-top mattresses. If you don't take these couple of negative things into account, the hotel was very nice. The staff was very, very friendly and helpful, both at the reception and the restaurant. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to enjoy their stay in Rome. Walking distance to the nearest metro station was about 5 minutes, and from there it was convenient to reach both Vatican and the "tourist" area of Rome (Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps etc)

Great location in Rome. The room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The daily fresh fruit was a nice touch. The staff was always very friendly and helpful with our questions. The breakfasts were amazing and beyond our expectations.

Beautifully decorated, most delicious food, kindest staff and excellent location. (Probably best you can get if you don’t want to be right at the centre of the tourist hustle & bustle but still close to all the attractions) highly recommended!! Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Rome

This is a great hotel and a wonderful location. The hotel is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The hotel employees are very willing to support their customers. However the greatest issue is the air-conditioning not performing to American or Asian standards. I would not stay here during the summer, unless they can fix their air conditioning to be suitable to American standards. Most Americans would be comfortable with air-conditioning between 69 to 75°F. The room was much warmer than this and therefore not comfortable. I would love to stay there again but not during the summer unless they can fix this problem

Lovely boutique 14 bed hotel in convenient residential area. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Staff are very friendly and helpful and were able to arrange tickets for visiting the Vatican and make restaurant recommendations. The restaurant is excellent and highly recommended. Nice hotel, but as other have said, not quite 5 star. The bathroom isn’t finished to a high standard and could be cleaner. Air conditioning struggled a bit some times.

This was a botique hotel and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It is in a quiet area and we have a very peaceful stay.

the rooms were excellent, 2 bedrooms. nicely appointed. excellent service. giorgia, the concierge was fabulous. the breakfast was amazing. the only dings were the AC not cooling the room quite enough and the hotel being slightly away from rome so you couldn't walk to things.
