bella la spiaggia privata ..molto tranquilla ..piscina bella e pulita ..panorama ottimo ..ambiente molto carino ..rilassante

The hotel had a great location- easy access & plenty of parking. Morning breakfast was tasty in a lovely well appointed dining room. Rooms were clean, a little dated but met our needs. Bed was very firm.

The setting and location is wonderful. Staff outstanding. The only issue was the centralized Air conditioning. They control it it was very hot

Camera buia piccola e non da 4 stelle, spiaggia inesistente però c’è una piscina carina che si affaccia sul mare, solo per 1 notte va bene di più no.

While the location and outside areas of the hotel were lovely, our room was shabby and hopelessly out of date. The furniture was chipped and the in room refrigerator was a relic from the 60’s. There were no glasses in the room so requested some from the restaurant. The most disappointing aspect was the total lack of service at breakfast. There were no cups utensils, or place settings at the tables, but at least 3 or more servers standing around. At no time did they greet us or offer assistance. We had to ask for what we needed and were rewarded with sullen expressions. What was most distressing was watching the servers attend to a large Italian family, quickly setting their tables and serving them coffee, while we were completely ignored. It was shocking after the fine service we received in other hotels. One positive note the restaurant service in the evening was excellent!

It was still «off season» and swimming pool not active. Very good location nearby sea. Service ok, but we had our melas in outside restaurants.

It’s A Beautiful Hotel. The food was delicious. Just sweet!!

Siamo stati ospiti della struttura per 2 notti considerando la vicinanza al castello Lanza Branciforte cui eravamo invitati per un matrimonio. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato il pavimento della stanza bagnato pensando fosse stato appena pulito invece abbiamo poi constatato che fosse un problema dell’aria condizionata perennemente guasta che non hanno mai sistemato dopo varie promesse. Lavandino trovato otturato all’arrivo ma prontamente stappato da un addetto. Nessuna finestra in camera quindi piuttosto angusta però posso capire che ogni stanza abbia il suo design particolare. Spa solo a pagamento inclusa la piscina al chiuso. Piscina esterna mai accessibile perché sempre chiusa durante tutta la durata. Struttura in generale datata che necessita urgentemente di essere sistemata. Spiaggia sporca e non curata. Colazione buona ma quasi tutto dolce, può essere migliorata. Servizio di stiratura a 5€ a camicia mi sembra un po’ esagerato, tuttavia servizio eseguito egregiamente. Personale cordiale e disponibile.

Una bellissima struttura accogliente e ben organizzata tranne qualche pecca: il parcheggio e la colazione che non posso definire all'italiana, succhi, caffè, cappuccino e altre bevande calde servite dal distributore automatico mentre marmellate e cioccolato ignoro la provenienza praticamente è servita con prodotti poco italiani, ma per il resto direi veramente buono.

Not enough directions to rooms etc.

I would never stay here again. Our AC was shut off at 6 am and we woke up in a panic attack because of how hot the room was. We had ti run to the front desk to ask for the AC to be turned on,Italy had a heat warning that day …. We were told we can eat at 1 pm after waiting around for hours at 2 pm they find us ti tell us the table was ready, we denied the table since we already had other plans the lady rolled her eyes in disgust. We would never stay here again.

pessima esperienza, avrei dovuto fidarmi delle recensioni. troppo poco meritate le 4 stelle, io proporrei altri criteri di valutazione, camera dagli arredi al limite della decenza, lenzuola ruvide e fastidiose, asciugamani ''stagionate'', stendiamo un velo pietoso sui servizi inclusi...Peccato anche per la struttura originale, che era bella, una volta.

L’esterno della struttura molto gradevole. L’interno della struttura deludente, non all’altezza di un 4 stelle. Camere poco curate e bagni da ristrutturare. Una delle due ante della doccia della mia camera si chiudeva a metà e questo ha significato fare una doccia veloce e la fuoriuscita di acqua sul pavimento. Fatto presente alla reception non hanno chiesto se volessimo cambiata la camera visto il disagio, nonostante l’albergo non fosse al completo. La mattina del check out alle 07.45 hanno permesso l’inizio dei lavori in una camera accanto alla nostra perchè , parole della receptionist, noi saremmo andati via ed a loro sembrava un orario in cui potessimo essere svegli. E se avessimo voluto dormire fino alle 10.30? Ma andiamo avanti. Altra problematica l’aria condizionata. Al nostro arrivo ci è stato detto che è centralizzata e che sarebbe stata accesa dalle 15.00 alle 10.00 del mattino seguente. Abbiamo preso la stanza alle 12.00 (cortesemente consegnata prima del check in) e ci siamo dovuti preparare per un matrimonio in una stanza abbastanza calda. La mattina seguente alle ore 08.35 l’aria condizionata era già stata staccata. Se non ci fossero stati questi inconvenienti sarebbe stato un soggiorno davvero piacevole.

Unfriendly personnel (all the ones at the reception) and old rooms. Our air condition was shut down several times with the excuse that this is normal at 10AM because of the cleaninig and automation while in other rooms the air conditioning was active. The shower was leaking and with black stains. The breakfast buffet was minimalistic. The only acceptable thing was the small beach with included chairs and umbrellas.

Accoglienza e disponibilità dello staff intero: lodevole Tempo e periodo sfavorevole ma inevitabile

Schöne Lage, nettes Personal. Etwas heruntergekommen. Zimmer war nicht wie beschrieben. Kein privater Balkon, nicht wirklich ein „Wohnraum“. Preis deshalb eher hoch. Dennoch hat es uns gefallen eh. Der Nähe zum Wasser und wegen des etwas morbiden Charme.

Hôtel au bord de la route très bien placé sauf si vous avez la chambre au dessus du bar musique jusqu’à 1 h du matin. On a dû payer un supplément pour une vue mar sinon on nous avait octroyé une chambre sans fenêtre!!

nous avons aimés le cadre , le restaurant , la chambre avec balcon sur mer , le service du personnel d'entretien . Nous n'avons pas aimer : l'acceuil froid , impersonnel , même pas de bonjour , aucun renseignements! ; la saleté de la plage: déchets, mégots, canettes , le peu de transat , sans coussins , les parasols manquants! personne pour aider à mettre ou retiere les parasols!!!!!!! pas digne d'un 3 étoiles ! la chambre spacieuse mais à rafraichir ! la poussière partout derrieère les meubles !!
