Reception was super friendly and helpful! Went out of their way to make us feel welcome and cared for. Very close to the arena and other major tourist sites. Clean and quiet. Only downside is that there was no free coffee or tea. Otherwise everything was lovely!

Nous avons été bien accueilli. Etant en ZTL immédiatement la réception a fait le nécessaire auprès de la police (L'hôtel nous avait informé par Email). Le service parfait, la terrasse jardin d'hiver très agréable pour le petit déjeuner.

Thank you to the amazing staff. Especially Simone , he did everything he could to help us get to our destination. He did his work with passion to help and amazing attitude. It sure makes a huge difference having staff like Simone. I am impressed at the customer service at this hotel.

Its located nicely close to everything. Room is quite small and only fit for one person. Clean room and nice staff.

Great hotel. Location is perfect for walking, seeing the sights and dining. Staff was very nice. Only down side is the noise at night.

Et stenkast fra Piazza Bra og Adige ligger dette lille hotel, som vi har benyttet flere gange. Kan varmt anbefales fordi pris og kvalitet hænger godt sammen, solidt og ordentligt hotel, hvor alting virker uden at være prangende.

Ideal location

Easy reasonably priced and close to everything. However please note if your thinking about sleeping in, and your a light sleeper, you will be woken by the morning goings on, 9f your room is facing the back of any of the restaraunts. It is a well maintained older property like many of the structures around it. Its close to everything, very convenient. Everything i needed for my 2 night stay

Excellent place to stay in Verona with main sightseeing around the hotel walking. Service was excellent and SUPER friendly. If I go back to Verona will stay here again. Thank you.?

Amazing and frinedly staff, in particular front desc. The service overall is superb. Very efficient room service. Overll, I felt like I was at home. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Tra i servizi richiesti in fase di prenotazione avevo indicato il parcheggio ma, non era specificato a circa 500 metri di distanza dall'albergo e al costo di 21,00 € al giorno! Il letto della stanza nr 35 è dimensione QUEEN comodissimo.... e, memo male tutto il resto lasciva a desiderare. Ottima la pulizia ma la struttura ha bisogno di una bella "remise en forme" che l'attenzione dell'ottima pulizia non compensa. deludente la colazione pagata ben 14:00 € per tre presone..... quattro cose buttare su un tavolo. tutto preconfezionato e poco appetibile. Però di contro, i proprietari della struttura erano al tavolo a fianco un bellissimo vassoio pieni di succulenti e freschi cornetti che gustavano "alla faccia" degli ospiti. La struttura è consigliabile solo per la posizione e l'impegno dei dipendenti, sicuramente, più aziendalisti dei proprietari

We love this hotel. The hotel and rooms are small, but this is more than compensated for by the very friendly staff, the good breakfast and, above all, the location. We always come to Verona for the opera festival and in our opinion there is no better hotel to walk to the arena.

Great and very nice hotel! Perfect location in the heart of Verona! So friendly staff. And nice outdoor terrace for breakfast, coffee or a drink! Absolutely recommend!!!

Torcolo is a small,older style of hotel very near the Piazza Bra and the Verona Arena. Our room was very comfortable and air conditioned which was great in the heat of the day and at night. There was a good continental breakfast and a small bar which served excellent wine and beer but the best asset of this hotel is its staff who were most friendly and helpful. They gave us lots of useful advice about transport, restaurants and places to visit. They booked meals and train tickets and are genuinely lovely people. The hotel is excellent value and I recommend it to everyone. Thank you Torcolo.
