아시시 관광지 중앙에 위치하고 있어서 이동하기 편합니다. 그러나, 아침식사는 조금 부실한 듯 합니다 그리고 wifi도 느립니다

미네르바 신전 바로 앞에 있어 찾아가기 쉽습니다. 조식은 괜찮은 편이나 전망이 좋진 않았고, 리셉션에서 영어를 거의 하지 못해서 체크인시 불편했던 기억이 있네요. 그 외엔 맘에 들었습니다.

광장 중앙 최적의 위치에 자리잡고 있고 호텔이 너무 이뻐요 옛가구도 너무 고풍스럽구요 창가 너머로 보이는 전경도 훌륭합니다. 주인분들도 상당히 친절하세여

This was a magical place to stay. I can promise this he will never forget a stay at this place right in the town center. The staff were wonderful unforgettable. Everything was unforgettable.

Loved this little place. Was the absolute perfect spot to stay and explore Assisi. Staff was awesome. Will definitely stay again.

Booked a superior room for two nights expecting a window with a view and beautiful furnishings according to the website and advertised photos, but on arrival we were given a room that was very dated and didn't match the advertised room. When we asked for a different room, we were told the hotel was booked full. However, they promised to move us to a new room for the second night when a large party checked out. The new room was exactly as the pictures described and had a beautiful view of the Basilica of St Chiara. The staff was very kind and worked hard to make us happy, but refused the option of a refund even though we did not want to pay "superior prices" for a room that did not match the superior booking. However, our second room was very nice, the breakfast was good, great location, and the staff was very attentive. I would stay there again if I could be guaranteed the room I booked!

I cant wait to go back! I loved every minute of my stay there. I was treated like family. Carlo and Ana , I miss you guys! I traveled solo so I got the room for one person, with the best view I've seen in my life. Breakfast was great, the place is so beautiful, few steps from the Piazza. Thank you Hotel Umbra. I came across this recommendation for Hotel Umbra after stumbling across the CatholicsTravelersGuide blogsite when doing research for my trip to Assisi - I am so glad that I did! My mom and I loved the place. Our trip to Assisi was magical and this hotel made us feel right at home. It has the historic & quaint charm of what you associate with Francescan times, which made the trip that much more unique and spiritual. The entire staff was delightful & hospitable. Carlos, specifically, was so helpful in checking us in and was an assuring constant face throughout our stay. We gave each other a big hug on our way out to the taxi. As a family owned business, it was delightful to meet Paola and the other señora who own the place. The views from the windows and terraces are spectacular, place was spotless, and we slept like babies in their comfortable and warm beds. Walkable from the major basilicas, shops, restaurants, and right in the middle of Piazza del Commune. Breakfast was tasty and the dining and house cleaning staff were so servicial and friendly, even with my minimal Italian. Thankful for the elevator for our massive luggages from our multi-city trip. We’ll be back again!

Ho prenotato questo hotel all' ultimo in base alla posizione molto centrale. Sono stata accolta con grande cortesia e professionalità. Il titolare si è reso disponibile a fornirmi una mappa e a darmi tutte le principali indicazioni. L'hotel ha un aspetto vintage. La camera è al secondo piano con ascensore. Si tratta di una camera con un balconcino con un parapetto alto 2 metri, per cui non si vede nulla. Camera dotata di ogni comfort, con bagno interno con doccia pulito e di recente ristrutturazione. La colazione con un distributore di bevande calde, tavolo con yogurt e muesli, tavolo con buoni mini croissant, torte e la parte salata con prosciutto e sottilette confezionate, contenitore riscaldato con uova strapazzate e wurstel.

Everything was ok

I loved this property! Wonderful mix of old and new. Breakfast was great. Very helpful personnel at front desk, very polite and were very accommodating. Hop On Hop Off bus stops in the square so was very convenient. Parking is not on site, 10 minute walk to parking. Taxi will take you there if needed. I would stay there again!

Location was excellent with Staff helpful in every way. We had the apartment type of option they have and was excellent. Breakfast options could have been better but did not matter since we were out and about for local options. They do have a terrace which has a spectacular view.

This is a very quaint hotel. The decir is charming and had an real Assisi style atmosphere as it's been in the family for many years The staff were very helpful and friendly. I wish we could have stayed longer. Great location in the heart of Assisi as well
