This seemed to be a family run hotel, with some of them not being fully aware of guest needs

Buon rapporto qualità prezzo, comodo per visitare Firenze, parcheggio abbastanza facile da trovare in zona

Camera accogliente, con tutte le comodità, pulita e funzionale. Insonorizzata (era a piano terra fronte strada e non si sentiva alcun rumore da fuori).

At my request my room was on a low floor because I knew in advance that there wasn’t an elevator. This made my stay much more comfortable. The hotel is a 25 minute walk (almost completely flat) to the historic area. Very convenient location.

Quarto grande, confortável, banheiro grande e limpo. Dependências do Hotel muito boas. O quarto tinha uma sacada agradável onde fizemos lanches.

Wir haben noch nie ein so schlechtes Hotel erlebt. Vor allem, wenn man weiß, wie viel eine Nacht kostet. Erstens wurde an der Rezeption ausschließlich auf Italienisch mit uns gesprochen. Das zweite, was uns auffiel, waren die alten (gut gewaschenen) farbigen Handtücher. Wir sind nicht gegen Blumen, wir sind für die Weichheit dieser Handtücher. Die Handtücher sind etwa 20 Jahre alt. Die Betten sind wie aus dem letzten Jahrhundert, harte Liegen. Die Schalldämmung ist schrecklich – alles, was außerhalb des Zimmers passierte, war in unserem Zimmer zu hören. Frühstück.... Wenn Sie hungrig bleiben möchten, heißen wir Sie im Hotel Villa Il Kashtania willkommen. Der einzige Pluspunkt dieses Hotels ist seine Lage, aber wir glauben, dass es für einen Preis von -142 Euro innerhalb der Altstadt und keinen Kilometer davon entfernt zu finden ist! Wir hatten eine Woche vor der Reise keine andere Wahl. Sollten Sie Ihre ernährenden Kunden auf diese Weise nicht respektieren?

I would never go back to this hotel. And Franco the front desk guy is the reason why. Extremely nasty, unpolite and unprofessional with the customer. Quinto was very kind.

Room was not what we were used to. Nice little balcony was the best part.

Very little communication, couldn’t even sleep there one of the nights because we were locked out and no one will give you the code when you check in you have to ask. The second night I was woken up to banging on the front door at 3 am by another couple people being locked out. They had the key code and it still didn’t work. Bathrooms are not clean. Spent a lot of money just to sleep outside the first night, the next day when we finally got into bed we only had a few hours of sleep before the staff was unlocking our door and trying to come in while we were asleep. Very unprofessional 0/10. Don’t stay here, the Casaldo’s rooms next door is way better and let us sleep in their spa because they had no rooms for the night and kept us off the street.

Arrived and the staff member on front desk was so rude, no offer of help to get our bags up the stairs and then proceeded to be rude again a couple of hours later when we were going to explore the town. Breakfast was horrible and not even worth eating there.

Good scenery

Séjour pour juste une nuit , trop court , à revenir plus longtemps pour l’hôtel et les environs.Personnel au top , nous devions partir de bonne heure , avant 7 h30 , heure de service pour le petit dej. Ils nous ont préparé un sac à emporter pour qu’on puisse se restaurer malgré tout. , encore merci …

Nice and clean hotel. Our room had a balcony with a pretty view. Staff speaks some English and Spanish, they are all very polite and helpful. Location is okay and safe but you will need to take a taxi to train terminal or downtown to the touristic attractions ($15-20 euros) Good breakfast too. Overall recommend.

La atencion de parecer del propietario fue muy mala, la habitacion con colchas rotas, mal, la verdad!!
