호텔 비토리아

전반적으로 만족했으나 주차 시 인근 주차장에 유료 주차를 해야합니다.

별4개 호텔로는 별로입니다. 가격은 동금 4성급 호텔 대비 다소 저렴하나 방도 좁고 에어컨도 시원하지도 않고 시끄럽고 비추입니다.

시내 중심가에서 트램으로 10분 거리, 걸어서도 20분 정도로 매우 가까웠습니다. (트램역까지 걸어서 10분이고 가까운 지하철 역이 없었지만 걷는 것을 좋아해서 괜찮았습니다.) 방은 약간 좁았지만 가격대비 만족할 만했으며 식당의 인테리어가 매우 클래식해서 휴식하기에는 매우 이색적이었습니다. 좋아하는 페라리 모형차들도 많이 있어서 볼 거리도 풍부했습니다. 특히 건물 뒤편의 작은 정원의 꽃장식 등이 매력적이었습니다.

Air conditioning was seasonally off but the very kind desk staff tried to override the system for us. Unfortunately our rooms system could not be turned on but the staff opened a small adjacent single room that had a/c. Leaving the door open between the two rooms helped a little. The hotel is in need of bathroom upgrades, but was kept clean. The breakfast buffet was good though the service in the room seemed somewhat chaotic. We had to ask twice for coffee with milk - when it arrived with no milk we asked 2 more times, eventually just using the cereal milk on the buffet. Items such as eggs were not being replenished so a few of our party had a true "continental breakfast". While these are only minor anoyances , the hotel does rate itself as, and charge for 4 star amenities. I'm sure it was just a few bad coincidences, and once again, the front desk team were fantastic.

The staff at this hotel were truly wonderful—friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. Unfortunately, the building itself is extremely old and goddy and in desperate need of renovation. The facilities felt run-down and shabby, which took away from the overall experience. If the hotel ever updates its infrastructure, invest in working AC it could be a fantastic place to stay, thanks to the amazing personnel. Alberto was by far the most professional hotel receptionist I’ve ever encountered. He went above and beyond to help guests and truly deserves double the recognition (and pay!) for all his hard work trying to satisfy frustrated customers. Unfortunately, the hotel itself is in desperate need of improvement. There was no air conditioning until June 1st, the shower handle kept falling off, the tea kettle lid was broken, and the entire room was smelly and I felt like stepping back 100 years into a very old establishment. While the staff, especially Alberto, do their best, the building and amenities really let the experience down.

Really nice hotel staff, but rooms could have been better kept. Linens were clean but there were ants all over the room. The shower doors did not fully close and the water flooded right out creating a pool in the bathroom.

La ubicación del alojamiento es buena pese a no encontrarse en el centro histórico de la ciudad; dispone de un supermercado justo al lado y existen numerosos negocios de restauración en las inmediaciones. Dispone de varios medios de transporte muy cerca, como metro, tranvía y autobús, aunque es posible alcanzar el centro histórico a pie en 15-20 minutos. El personal es atento y resuelve rápidamente cualquier incidencia que se presente, lo que es un hecho a destacar. La decoración es clásica, pero a la vez agradable y acorde con el aspecto de la ciudad. Algunos aspectos del lavabo de la habitación utilizada son poco prácticos (mampara de la bañera y baja velocidad de desagüe) o no funcionan correctamente (el bidé). Asimismo, el panel eléctrico de la habitación, cuando está conectado, emite un zumbido constante que en ocasiones puede resultar molesto. El desayuno es muy completo y disponen de una amplia variedad de embutidos, quesos, dulces y frutas, entre otros. Ha sido el elemento más destacable de mi estancia.
