클래식한 멋이 있고 문제발생시 내가 영어를 못해서 곤란했는데 리셉센직원분의 센스있는 대처로 해결도 빨리 해 주시고 식당직원분들도 친절해서 기분좋은 하루를 시작할수 있었어요..그리고 호텔에서 걸어서 1분거리에 24시간 까르푸가 있어서 위치적으로도 좋습니다

The location is great as it is very close to downtown Milan. The accommodation was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast is very tasty!!

조식뷔페 최고. 시설은 다소 노후화 되어 있음. 인근 대로변 트램 지나가는 소리가 심함. 작은 지진 소리 정도. 가격대비 방은 상당히 큰편. 미니바 무료이고 매일 리필됨. 먹고 마시는 부분에서는 서비스 좋음.

Ich fahre seit knapp 30 Jahre in dieses Hotel. Tolle Lage, schöne Zimmer, nettes Personal und super Frühstück!

Siisti hotelli kaupungin laidalla. Huone oli aika pieni vaikka oli executive-huone. Aamianen oli riittävä ja iha hyvä.

Hotel razoável, máximo 3 estrelas, atendimento razoável, café da manhã bom e equipe do restaurante muito prestativa. Da recepção, salvo o colaborador Marco, equipe pouco prestativa e simpática.

Hotel é bom, mas o atendimento precisa melhorar. Outro ponto, ele fica num local muito movimentado, que passa bonde e carro, ou seja, a região é bastante barulhenta. Outro ponto, no domingo após o almoço, o restaurante fecha inclusive para room service, ou seja, quem precisar de alimentar neste período, vai ter que procurar algum alugar

The website claims that there is an all day restaurant and evening bar at the property. This is false. There is a Bistro open from 7:30-10:30 only, and its buffet only. There are some lovely tables along floor to ceiling windows looking out into the city, but those are reserved for the public. Guests are crammed into tight rows of tables at the back, behind the server station. There were not any amenities in the room, no kettle, no glasses, no toiletries, no instant coffee or tea. NOT EVEN AN IRON. You had to go down to the front desk with your clothes, and you were escorted into a closet behind the desk with an iron and ironing board. AND you had to wait until the desk clerk was free to escort you. You could not control your own room temperature, no matter what buttons you pushed on the thermostat. Instead, you had to go down to the front desk to get it adjusted. The website advertises updated rooms, but these are only on ONE FLOOR out of SIX. My room was decorated with random leftover furniture from the 1980s. The final straw was when I tried to take a shower, and I couldn't get anything but lukewarm water. Although listed as 4 Star, it is only 1 Star at best. This hotel should be either downgraded to 1 star or removed from Hotels.com until the management addresses these issue.

L'hotel sembra un po' vecchiotto, ma è comunque pulito e dotato di tutti i confort. Camera con un bel matrimoniale comodo, scrivania e televisione LG grande schermo. Bagno molto carino con shower room, i servizi forse un po' piccoli. Ottima colazione, la sala con vista sulla strada è molto carina. La posizione è fantastica, meno di 10 minuti dalla stazione centrale e vicina a varie metro.

Wir waren nur eine Nacht in dem Hotel, die Zimmer sind eher klein, besonders das Badezimmer. Beim Frühstücksbuffet war alles frisch und warm, allerdings gab es eine sehr kleine Auswahl an Gebäck/Brot, Kaffee kann man auch extra bestellen. Positiv zu erwähnen ist, dass auch glutenfreie Brötchen und Müsli angeboten werden. Vom Hotel her ist das Zentrum von Mailand zu Fuß erreichbar (ca 20min). Negativ zu bewerten ist der Lärm von der Straße, da direkt vor dem Hotel eine Straßenbahnstation ist.

O quarto era bastante confortável. O café da manhã perfeito. Só o chuveiro deixava um pouco a desejar
