4성 호텔로는 아쉬웠지만 중앙역에서 가까워 편리 2분 거리에 슈퍼와 맥도날드, 스타벅스가 있음 전반적으로 깨끗함 룸싸이즈가 그리 크지 않고 생수 제공되지 않음

조용하고 지하철 이용이 편리.

Tive um incidente de check in onde fui colocada num quarto conjugado. Foi um horror as pessoas do outro quarto tentando abrir a porta do meu. Sinceramente não me lembro de ter reservado um quarto conjugado. O atendente dia 27 as 18 h foi bastante mal educado ao dizer que o problema era meu já que eu tinha escolhido esse quarto.

Très contente d'avoir séjourné a cet hôtel. Le seul point negatif est que les fenêtres ne sont pas du double vitrage, ma chambre donnait qur une rue bruyante, cela ne m'a pas déranger mais prévoir des boules quies.

Au top ! Petit déjeuner copieux, chambre assez spacieuse, emplacement pratique près des transports et restaurants.

I chose this hotel primarily for its convenient location near Milano Centrale, but unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. From the moment we arrived, there were several issues that impacted our stay. Our room phone doesn’t work, the mini fridge is out of order, and the overall comfort of the room has been disappointing. To make matters worse, it’s currently 3:40 am, and I’m still awake due to loud noise from other guests a few hours ago. While I appreciate the front desk staff’s assistance when I complained, the disturbance was still very frustrating. Additionally, our room was unbearably hot, and because the temperature is controlled by the front desk, I had to go downstairs in my pajamas at 2 am to ask for it to be adjusted—something that could have been avoided if the phone in the room had been functional. It’s disappointing that these issues have overshadowed our stay, and with another night ahead, I’m not optimistic about the overall experience. I hope management addresses these concerns for the sake of future guests

非常滿意。提到到，可以寄放行李，櫃檯服務非常好，遇到早班及晚班的櫃檯服務人員都很友善，提供很少說明及服務。房間也很滿意，有附一瓶礦泉水。只是晚上洗澡洗比較久，後段熱水不見，不知是偶發還是洗久要注意熱水問題。

Siisti hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla. Sängyt hyvät ja huone siisti, äänenvaimennus ei ollut kovin hyvä.

A estadia foi excelente sem contratempos com a estrutura. O hotel é muito bom, agradável, calmo, perto da estação central de Milão. Zona tranquila e sem barulho. Apenas um desconforto com relação ao atendimento de um funcionário no café da manhã. Por sorte dia 11/01 ele não estava e o ambiente estava mais tranquilo.

Nice hotel, good position. Easy to come from Malpensa and easy to travel with metro to duemo.
