Je vais faire simple : N’allez jamais dans cet hôtel , je l’ai réservé suite aux bon avis mais je doute de la véracité de ces avis tant les prestations sont calamiteuses. 1) A mon arrivée j’apprends que l’hôtel est partiellement ouvert , la saison n étant pas lancée , tous les restaurants sont fermés , nous devons donc prendre nos 3 repas dans une sorte de réfectoire fermé … belles vacances … nous venons pour profiter des restaurants extérieurs et de celui de la plage et … ils sont fermés . 2) Concernant la nourriture : elles est très bas de gamme , on sent que tout ce qui est proposé est préparé pour coûter le moins possible , il n y a pas beaucoup de choix et ce n est pas bon . Les boissons sont infectes , sodas , vins : inbuvables . 3 ) Le complexe n a aucun charme , pseudo récent avec des aires de jeux pour enfant laissées à l abandon . 4 ) L hébergement : … vous voyagerez entre l eau de la douche marron ( c est normal selon la réception, faut laisser couler 15 min …) et les centaines de fourmis qui vous tiendront compagnie … Sinon la climatisation est très efficace… tellement qu elle ne peut être arrêtée et que son bruit vous empêchera de dormir …. La réception très efficace là encore vous dira qu elle ne pourra rien faire avant le lendemain 1ere heure ( jamais vu passé le service de réparation). 5) Nous avons dû payer 231e de frais supplémentaires à l arrivée pour 5 jours alors que le devis mentionnait 217e pour 7 jours . Expedia refuse de nous indemniser

Die Anlage macht einen sehr positiven Eindruck. Schönes Gartenzimmer mit eigener Terrasse. Die Anlage liegt allerdings sehr einsam in schöner Natur und einen Phantastischen Sandstrand. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind ausreichend verfügbar. Da das Hotel All Inclusive Service anbietet, ist die Qualität der Getränke über Getränke Automaten geregelt. Ein Markenprodukt wie eine Coca-Cola, Bier, Fanta oder Sprite sind nicht zu bekommen. Auch nicht über Mehrkosten. Ein Kiosk fehlt leider auch. Bei alkoholischen Getränken ist es wesentlich besser aus. Ziemliche Auswahl kostenfrei erhältlich.

No amenities at all

The infra structure is very good and that’s it. Service is terrible! Restaurant there’s no plate, cup, silverware, food including simple slices of ham, cheese and bread. Tables all dirty and is not lack of staff as they are most time chatting between them or over their phone. There’s a lack management overall. We also stood at the prestige area. This area is better as we could acres to clean plates, glasses and usually food was replace in time. It also had a la cart good for the prestige, but in most cases food that was served is the same in the buffet… really disappointing. I also had to change the room as they AC was not working, but my and my family had to sleep 2 night in one room with no AC as they try unsuccessfully to fix it. Lastly and for that’s even worse if you have kids. The kids pool area open from 10-12 and 16-18. You get really stuck not doing much except going to the beach in case is not too windy which normally is. Again infra structure is good, but service is just non existing and food is quality and service is rather poor

Il villaggio è moderno, ordinato e ben organizzato. Il personale è molto gentile e l’animazione Bluserena è una garanzia. Ottima struttura anche per chi, come noi, l’ha utilizzata come appoggio per girare tutta la parte settentrionale della Sardegna.

Issue with access to app caused problems booking restaurants . Having reserved sunbeds on the beach was fantastic and should be communicated to potential customers , such a great idea ! Entertainment staff were superb .

The property is great, but they really need to work on the food. It is not very good at all for the price point. If they can dial the food in , then the resort would be amazing!!

Resort is good for relaxing 3 days, not convenient for international tourists to explore the local culture and beaches around Sardinia. Bear in mind it’s at the outskirts of town meaning you are forced to book a taxi or rent a car (left hand drive) and journey across the mountains spinning around. If you want to explore the real charm of Sardinia, best to stay near Olbia or Alghero very convenient and reasonably priced accommodation plus accessible to easy transport. Is Serena is way out of exploration, also the resort force you to book all inclusive, not ideal as Food options are not great. Breakfast is ok. I hope they improvise on catering variety of International cuisine in their kitchen. Otherwise it’s a beautiful location for sunset and clean serene place.

Complesso molto grande, ben tenuto, curato… Bella spiaggia e buon servizio in generale; la vera nota dolente di questo resort è la ristorazione: colazione assolutamente insufficiente per una struttura del genere (poca varietà), pranzo e cena con prodotti non certamente di grande qualità (a parte poche eccezioni), i 2 ristoranti su prenotazione (difficilissimi da prenotare!) con un po’ di qualità in più ma con un servizio del tutto insufficiente. Un’ultima considerazione sui ristoranti: credo di non aver mai visto una location così squallida e anonima (in rapporto anche alla bellezza dei luoghi e del resort) neanche nella peggiore mensa aziendale! Mi auguro che chi di dovere consideri anche questi aspetti.

Très belle expérience au sein de cet hôtel très propre très accueillant belle plage

Seul bémol, animations musicales bruyantes, parfois 2 en même temps ce qui tend l'ambiance cacophonique et malheureusement la seule piscine calme n'est accessible qu'aux clients guest.

Steuttura accogliente. Il personale molto gentile soppratutto gli animatori fantastici. Ho pagato il pacchetto tutto compreso poi mi dicono che l’acqua nel minibar é a pagamento! Scandaloso. La qualita dell’acqua pessima. Il minibar vuoto. Ma una cola un the dei biscotti almeno. Dopo aver pagato tutto su Expedia in struttura mi dicono che devo pagare la club card e in 3 abbiamo oagato 190€. Assurdo. La card inesistente. Non davano ne spegazioni ne card ne servizi extra. Alla fine era una tassa in piu no card. Il cibo molto buono. Essendo in sardegna mi aspettavo la birra Ichnusa e non la Peroni al ristorante cmq. I dpettacoli la sera bellissimi. Durante il giorno troppo tranquilli.

Tolle Unterkunft, toller Strand, toller all inclusive Service!

Struttura nuova, moderna e pulita. Ben curate le camere ed il bagno. Bella la piscina, i campi da tennis e padel. Buona l’animazione e gli spettacoli. Ottima la ristorazione a cominciare dalla colazione al pranzo sino alla cena. Non è mai mancato nulla.
