전반적으로 깨끗하게 관리되어있어 만족스러웠음. 방은 깨끗했고 온도조절도 잘 되었으며 온수가 잘 나왔음. 직원들은 모두 매우 친절하여 초행길인데에도 어려움이 없었음. 단, 주변에 편의시설이 별로 없는것이 흠이었음.

새벽일찍 비행기를 타고 렌트카 반납을 위해 선택한 호텔. 편리한 위치의 호텔이라기보다는 민박에 가까운 B&B. 일찍 체크아웃하는 사람들을 위해 셀프조식도 제공하며 잠깐 머물다가 팔레르모 공항에 가야하는 사람들에게 추천.

This is the perfect place to stay when you have an early morning flight. It is clean and the management is incredibly nice. It felt like family. The small town of Cinisis is charming to walk around. Absolutely convenient to the airport which is just a short ride away. They will happily arrange a shuttle anytime.

Good access, host waited for us and was very nice

From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The hosts at Kunesias Guesthouse go above and beyond to make sure every guest feels comfortable — their hospitality is truly unmatched. The property itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and full of charm. My room was spacious, quiet, and thoughtfully designed, with all the little touches that make travel so much easier. Breakfast was a highlight — fresh, delicious, and served with such care. The location in Cinisi is perfect, just a few minutes from the Palermo airport yet peaceful enough to relax and unwind. It’s also a great base for exploring the surrounding area, with restaurants, shops, and the beach all within easy reach. What stood out most was the warmth and kindness of the hosts — they treat you like family, not just another guest. I can’t recommend Kunesias Guesthouse highly enough. Whether you’re here for one night before a flight or a longer Sicilian getaway, this is the place to stay. Grazie mille for such a memorable experience — I will definitely be back!

This B&B was in a great little town it’s a very small beach town so it’s not Big city feel Our room was very nice. The bed was so super comfortable in the pillow. It was extremely clean. They had a really nice breakfast the next morning with fresh cappuccino and how much you wanted The place was immaculate. Everybody was really nice the owner and the reception!

Gina was an excellent assett to the place. She was friendly, kind and very accommodating. The breakfast choices were outstand and we especially enjoyed the fresh cuppuccinos in the morning. The room was very clean and, as we were staying there for 2 nights, our beds were made and thr garbage bins emptied out after the first night.

Parti très tôt alors pas pris de petit déjeuner. Parking dans la rue. Chambre "chez l'habitant" et pas du tout dans un hotel. Chambre minuscule et située a dernier étage d'une maison particulière (4° ?) avec accès par une échelle métallique très verticale et un autre escalier en dur. Bonjour l'accès par les pas très valides et difficulté pour monter et descendre les bagages. Le patron m'a monté mon sac.

Great proximity to beach and airport. Appreciated the possibility of breakfast before a 3:30 am departure.

Great staff and breakfast--cinisi was a great town!

We had to leave for the airport at 4 am but the breakfast was available, including the ability to make a fresh cup of espresso. Thats an extra touch you would not get at a bigger hotel

Great stay! We staid only one night before flying out in morning. Convenient place to stay if you are leaving from Palermo airport. Staff was very friendly and helpful especially in coordinating early morning taxi to airport.

Very nice place and close to the airport for those having early flights. A little bit hard to find and cramped parking along the small streets. The host is very kind and accommodating.

Kunesias was a lovely place in a quiet, small town about an hour from Palermo. Our room was spacious and clean, the hosts are wonderful. There is a bus that goes directly to Palermo if you want to be in the city. The hosts offered a shuttle from the airport for 25 euros which was great.

The breakfast provided in Cinisi was very good. Abundant choices of coffee and pastries.

Great B&B close to airport. Room was somewhat small, but made up for by wonderful, helpful and engaging staff. Our 2.39am breakfast was great, and the taxi they arranged arrived punctually for our early morning departure from Palermo.

We were informed while driving from the airport that we would not be staying in the Kunesias bandb but elsewhere in a "nice place " since there was some unforseen problem. I'd been in contact with the owner all day. The room we were given was dark and dusty. It was only a room, nothing else and no one was around. There weren't even water glasses.

Perfect for an overnight stay close to the airport
