Stunning views and excellent service at hotel

The room was very small and the bathroom had no storage or shelves for wash kits, so had to put everything on the floor. The staff was friendly, but a complaint over the lack of ventilation in the bathroom was not resolved. At the beach club, a staff member followed us to our room, claiming we had not paid the bill, even though we had paid cash. There was a train track running just behind our room, train noise was annoying. Lovely views and good access to beach.

We loved our stay here. The beach is wonderful and so is the location.

La Plage has magnificent views of the sea and the iconic Isola Bella. The breakfast buffet is delicious and the staff are friendly and attentive. Be aware that the beach is rocky and hard to walk on and it’s difficult to enter and exit the sea for a swim. It’s easy to get up to Taormina via the funivia (cable car) for a 10€ round trip.

Overall experience is not too Bad, for 3 stars hotel. Noway hotel is close to 5 or 4 stars, The rooms are very small, bathroom is extremely small and very bad technical condition, in need in total refurbishment! Breakfast par to Pension quality, Restaurant, wouldn’t dare to try, but looks very degrading! All furniture old, overused. Staff, being good people, but luck even minimum good hotels or restaurants experience. Front desk really need basic training. Management not visible at all

It’s rather maybe a 4 star place than 5. Rooms are very smalls towels were rather fresh then white. Staff was nice and very froendly

I can’t say enough about this resort. Incredible location and wonderful hospitality with impeccable service from every level of contact. The the private bungalow was clean and had a comfortable bed. Our bungalow has it’s own private patio with jacuzzi that overlooked the sea. Just incredible. Very relaxing and enjoyable to experience the uniqueness of that with the moon over the bay of Isola Bella as our companion. While the day is lively with energy and guests enjoying the beach, the evenings are quiet and peaceful there where you can hear the lapping of sea on the shore. The beach is like a dream. You never tire of admiring the view of Isola Bella. The water is so clear. Bring your water shoes for the stone beach. The beach attendants and servers were so friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious from the variety and quality at breakfast to the beach club to the restaurants. We enjoyed lunches and dinners there several times and the fresh fish and high quality was truly impressive. We were there for our anniversary and it could not be more romantic and special place to celebrate. The event space they have to host weddings and parties is so beautiful and we were there to see a few a wedding, a baptism and birthday- each unique and beautiful. Amazing location. We have been to Taormina many times and there are many wonderful places to stay however this beach location, the high level service at every point of contact make the La Plage resort one you should not miss!

Unico con spiaggia privata su Isola bella. Personale gentile e attento. Piccola pecca la dimensione delle camere (più bungalow che camere).

The access to the beach was incredible. The transportation to and from the hotel was top notch.

This was the most wonderful resort my husband and I have ever stayed at. The staff was incredible, the hotel is gorgeous and the property is unlike anything in the world. Isola Bella was swimmable! We never stay anywhere twice, but are making an expectation here. We cannot wait to stay again!

It was a 5-star hotel and very nice! Everyone was very kind and helpful! There were only a few people who could speak Japanese.
