라 벨바 호텔

피렌체가 멀리 내려다 보이는 고속도로변의 시골 호텔입니다. 가격이 가장 큰 장점이고, 인근에 OUTLET이 있어 쇼핑하기 좋습니다. 아침식사는 그저 그렇구요 아침 새소리가 매우 청명한 시골 호텔입니다. 렌트카 없이는 접근 불가. 차가 있다면 지나는길에 하루 묶기 좋음.

L'accoglienza è stata molto gentile e il personale molto gradevole

Muy amables y muy atentos para lo que necesites. La habitación daba a la entrada en la que había un bar de espectáculos, y las 12:30 de la noche nos despertamos con fuegos artificiales en la misma ventana. Creyendo que el domingo era dia especial, la noche del lunes había karaoke, así que descanso lo justo. El desayuno excelente, bufet y muy simpáticos los camareros. Parece un hotel en el que se alojan obreros que trabajan en la zona. La habitación tenía el armario roto y el marco de la puerta principal, el cual al avisar arreglaron sin problema. Muy amables. Hotel a 40 min de florencia, bi se os ocurra coger el bus que debe tardar 2 horas.

Old hotel, located in a nice area not far from Florence. Mainly used for weddings. It’s ok, but nothing special.

Billederne fra hjemmesiden viste et hotel med terrasser og megen hygge. Det der mødte os, var et hotel der nærmest lignede noget, der var ved at lukke til vintersæsonen. Terrasserne var bare uden hynder, grønne planter og parasoller, der var lukket sammen. Og det trods meget varmt og solrigt vejr (35 gr. i skyggen). Der var længere til Calenzano (6 km), end forventet. Fester afholdes på hotellet i weekenderne. Ikke omtalt i beskrivelsen! God restaurant, dejlig mad.

Et meget slidt hotel, som tydeligt har haft sin storhedstid for år siden. Morgenmaden fin, værelser slidte men rene. Betjeningen venlig men oftest kun på italiensk. Wi-fi for ringe men god mobil dækning klaret den del

Personalen kunde absolut ingen engelska och ville inte ens förstå överhuvudtaget! Jag ångrar att jag bokade 2 nätter på detta ställe! Maten i restaurangen var bra men inga menyer på något annat språk än italienska och personalen förstod ingenting! Priset på maten var överpris!

When we arrived at the hotel it was closed with no explanation or time when it would open. We went back later in the evening and it was open but the staff spoke no English and the advertised restaurant was closed. The hotel building was fine but felt odd. It appeared to be used by workers for overnight stays. We would not go back.

Do not stay here under any condition. None of the photos included represent the establishment with any honesty, except a few of the room pics. The paint in the bathroom was peeling, cracked, the fixtures old, no head-room to stand up-right in the bathroom, the toilet position has you starring right into the bidet. The assistant manager is the only authority on spot, and he has a horrible attitude, and doesn't speak any English. Only one young lady there at the desk had any professionalism or class. The establishment is in overall poor condition. The lobby furniture appears badly used, randomly thrown together, with no coherent theme. The photos of the eating area depicted in the false advertising, which are the photos online. There were no other guests, everyone there was part of some construction crew, which made a lot of noise starting at 8am. The cleaning lady, though there are no guests, goes through the motions of simply bleach-bombing the whole place, which makes this place in violation of Italian law, numerous codes, and against the basic health and well being of their non-existent clientele. We had to air our room out for 8 hours due to the headache inducing bleach, after being informed they could only refund us if we left at that moment.They are managed by remote from another hotel. They refused to produce a receipt of any kind for our stay, and the hotel manager at the other site refused to give her actual real name. They know they are messing up, really badly. .

Un'esperienza positiva per un soggiorno breve e rilassante

2 mariages célébrés dans la même soirée avec de la musique hyper forte toute la nuit. Un chien qui a aboyé toute la nuit. Nous n’avons rien dormis. Un vrai cauchemar !!!

Do not get this hotel unless you have your own car to get to the city. We made the mistake of not checking how far it was from Florence by bus, we checked how far away it was by car or taxi which was 30 minutes. There is a bus that comes by the bottom of the hotel by the road, but it only comes around every 2-3 hours and the last bus back from Florence is at 6pm. On Saturdays, there is no bus back and we have to get a taxi to the hotel. We had trouble finding a taxi after we missed the bus towards the city and we had to call multiple ones to find one willing to make the drive up. It’s hard to find somewhere to eat in this area because all the surrounding restaurants aren’t open until dinner, around 7:30pm so we had to travel all the way to the city to find something open to eat. There was no information given about the hotel, the breakfast, any buses or ways to get around or a map, like at the other hotels we got during our trip. We were just given a key and that’s it. We found out breakfast is only 7-8 and it wasn’t great. There is wifi available but it doesn’t work at all and there is no way to get service, we were still able to make calls and eventually send some messages. The room we were given was ok. However, the windows are really hard to open and some things were broken, such as one of the bed heads and the windows frame was cracked which let some hot air in during the day. HOTEL MUY BÁSICO PARA UN 3 ESTRELLAS EL HOTEL ESTÁ MUY ANTIGUO HABITACIONES BIEN PARA UNA NOCHE

The hotel was clean and the service was good. Only tow things they could improve: 1) the shower floor is slippery and I almost fell twice and there was nothing to grab from. 2) when I order hot water they brought a tea pot full of “hot qater” that just tasted weird.

El hotel es cómodo y el ambiente tranquilo

Die Bilder im Internet stimmen mir der Wirklichkeit überhaupt nicht überein. Äußerlich ist es eine Baustelle, sieht aber nicht aktiv aus. In unserem ersten Zimmer könnten durch das Gerüst nicht einmal Fenster und Holzfensterläden öffnen. Auch die Inneneinrichtung entspricht nicht der Wirklichkeit.
