Has a nice pub downstairs, didn't bother me with sleep, personally. Clean if you don't mind old building, the interior was new, simple and clean. Just basic and was reasonable considering how Cinque Terre rooms are priced.

Séjour parfait à l’hôtel La Zorza ! Idéalement situé au cœur de Riomaggiore, à deux pas de la gare et des ruelles pittoresques. Chambre confortable et propre, personnel chaleureux et très accueillant. L’air conditionné et le réfrigérateur ajoutent une touche de commodité appréciable. Un vrai point de départ pour découvrir les Cinque Terre !

Loved my stay at La Zorza! Super easy to find—right through the pedestrian tunnel from the train station and just a few steps uphill. At first, I wasn’t sure what to expect since the entrance is tucked behind a restaurant and up a short staircase, but it ended up being a great surprise. I was traveling solo, and the staff kindly helped carry my suitcase to the room, which I really appreciated. Each day I came back from exploring one of the five terres to fresh towels and a neatly made bed. The shower was a bit small with limited space to move around, but it was totally manageable. For the price and location, it was excellent value. There are great restaurants all around and easy access to the train station. I’d happily stay again!

Nice overall but above the bar that is very noisy

This hotel was in a great location. Less than a minute from the main shops/dining. Super close to the train station. Not a huge hotel room but it is good enough!

Clean room and accommodations. It can be bit difficult to find but there's a bar below with the name and just go in there and ask and they will get you settled in. Staff was friendly and attentive. I would stay again.

Loved my stay in Riomaggiore, and la Zorza was one of my favourite rooms as well. The morning staff were absolute sweethearts, and the nighttime bar-tender was a very cute and sweet. It also had great nightlife! The view from my room was beautiful as well. Would highly recommend, and I’m sad my stay is over. -Megan

Staff impolite

The room was comfy and clean, daily clean towels, close to the station on the main street. Enough charging points, fridge, watercooker. Shower was ok. But no wifi, on the 3rd floor with steep stairs. Info in the room was outdated, staff was not friendly nor helpfull. Rooms are somewhat noisy, but this was no problem for us. The windows blocked the noises of the street very well.

Property was right in the centre of Riomaggiore which was very convenient. We arrived before our check in time and the staff allowed us to check in early which was greatly appreciated.

Was probably my best experiance of stay in the hotel ever in that price category! It's also best situated in Riomaggiore – don't need to climb the mountain. Super clean and comfortable room, fresh renovated, very good beds, good aircondition. For sure I'll want to come back here! 5 diamonds!

Enkelt, men bra hotell med centralt läge i Rio Maggiore. Lyhört och ibland störande musik och andra ljud från gatan.

It started fine but ended bad. We had to get the keys to the hotel room in the bar downstairs. The last day we left to go for a walk around 10 and got back 12:55. Our door was not locked and there had been cleaning. One of our iPhone chargers had been taken. This made us very uncomfortable staying at the hotel and we actually left at 4 in the morning after because of this. The hotel staff called the cleaning lady and had us talk to her. This made us uncomfortable also because that should not be our job. It could have been anyone who’d been into our room so we didn’t want to accuse her of anything. But it was still not okay that our door was unlocked. This is how a hotel makes you feel unsafe. We talked to the staff again after the cleaning lady and they didn’t do anything after this. The hotel room was pretty big which was nice but not super clean. The ceiling in the bathroom had brown spots and looked like mold. We had booked a king size bed but it was two single beds that kept moving from each other and it was hard as a rock. The bar downstairs was really really noisy and we couldn’t sleep until 1-2 at night. We know people are on vacation and should enjoy themselves but it was unbearable. So if you don’t like a lot of noise then don’t stay here. The location was perfect if you want to be in the middle of Riomaggiore. So that was nice.

It was a very clean place

Staff was excellent! They helped us carry our heavy bags up the stairs. There was a restaurant and bar connected. Wonderful stay overall. Would definitely come back again

Väldigt bra placerat en kort promenad från stationen (genom gångtunneln) till den huvudsakliga gågatan. C:a 20 meter upp för gatan hittade man baren där man checkade in och även kunde beställa och inta sin frukost. Stort rum med bra städning. Lyhört men det är förmodligen fallet vilket hotell man än väljer. Perfekta staden att ha som utgångspunkt för att besöka de övriga byarna. Här hittar man även en stenstrand, kanotuthyrning och dykcenter. Vi är så nöjda med vår vistelse och val av hotell.

Detta ligger bra till i Riaggimore. Trappor och gångar upp innan man kommer till rummet, det är mysigt och charmerande. Synligt gammalt virke i taket. Det är enkelt men väl fungerande.

Well located, clean and nice but no elevator, narrow stairs, no wi-fi even if they wrote they have it!
