레이디 마리나 호텔 & 리조트

Der Empfang war ziemlich forsch und hektisch. Das Sup-Zimmer war sehr schön. Das Abendessen hat uns nicht geschmeckt, ausser das Salat und Gemüsebuffet war gut und vielseitig. Aber auch da war der Service sehr hektisch, alles musste schnell gehen. Das haben wir so noch nie erlebt und waren schon öfters unterwegs. Von gemütlich essen weit weg. Frühstück war auch nicht berauschend, aber okay, es gab viele verschiedene Kuchen, keine Eierspeisen.

What makes this place so special, are the people…. They are courteous, friendly and extremely warm.

Sehr schönes Hotel

We was really lucky to get a very good room at the hotel. But the owner was little condescending which made us little uncomfortable. One mistake we did was not to check our cost of drinks and additional fees which got very high against other hotels and restaurants.

Wir waren vollkommen Zufrieden.

We were looking forward to our 3 nights stay at Lady Maria, but after first 24 hours an accumulation of things made it very mediocre. Any of these events on a stand-alone would not have bothered us, but put together they left an unpleasant feeling. When you arrive, it is not obvious which entrance will take you to reception, so you walk around with your luggage trying various doors, some locked. The computer screen at the reception is covered in thick layer of dust. When we checked in the room, there were no towels or soap to wash hands. When you take stairs to go down to reception level, you end up with emergency exit door with no indication that it will not sound an alarm when you open it. Simple sign «reception » would have been helpful. The bar is officially open until 10pm, when we arrived at 9:30pm, the person serving seemed irritated that we showed up, saying that he is closing down, served us 2 desserts and directed us to an isolated « living room area », he then closed everything down at 9:40pm. Breakfast has very little savory options, a lot of cakes, with artificial taste and too sweet. Coffee was not good. Juice colors were unnatural. We didn’t come back the following days, there are better options in the area. Fitness room is a box, overcrowded with cardio machines, no place to move in between. The only good thing about this hotel is location. Room was comfortable and well decorated, but service and overall experience were low quality.

Frühstück und Abendessen nichts besonderes, allgemeine Hotelaustattung gehoben und angenehm, Service freundlich und Umgebung sehenswert. Hotel empfehlenswert.

Gut gegessen, gut geschlafen, sehr nett bedient worden. Alles tiptop da komme ich gerne wieder.

La habitacion impecable y el servicio inmejorable

What a lovely find! Amazing staff, from the receptionist ( owner) to all the restaurant staff. The room was lovely, warm, had a nice view, confortabile, spacious, had everything one needed! We had a lovely dinner at The restaurant and breakfast was very nice, there was lots on offer and such a good choice! We would reccomend this hotel to anyone that wanted to stay.

Unser aufenthslt war sehr schön , wir buchen sicher wieder einmal.ein schönes dorf mit viel en möglichkeiten zum essen uns wandern. Meran und Bozen sind in 45 min ereichbar. Im hotel gibt es die möglichkeit zum essen, preiswert und sehr gute küche.

For first time visit, was a very enjoyable stay

Super Wellnessbereich, super Service. Wir waren im Nebengebäude unterbracht, die Zimmer könnten renoviert werden. Das Hauptgebäude ist top modern. Essen könnte abwechslungsreicher sein. Für drei Tage war es eine gute Wahl.

Das gesamte Personal in dem Hotel ist außerordentlich nett und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist schön gelegen, das Frühstück sowie das Abendessen sind lecker. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben und sehr wohl gefühlt. Schöne Grüße aus Lübeck
