BElla struttura e ottima posizione. Buona colazione e buona accoglienza.

Posizione strategica nel centro di Malfa e facilmente raggiungibile spiagge. Camera spaziosa e comoda.

The property is situated very conveniently by the centre of Malfa and is only a short walk to the beach. The rooms are lovely, clean and comfortable. We had a lovely breakfast aswell. However, what really stood out was the staff. Chiara, the receptionist, was incredibly helpful, friendly and polite and was able to really make a difference, going the extra mile to make our stay so excellent. She recommended day trips, helped us organise travel etc. Can not recommend enough.

Todo perfecto, habitación amplia, cómoda, todo nuevo e impoluto, lugar con encanto muy bonito. Nos hubiera gustado quedarnos más días. Chiara, la anfitriona, siempre estuvo disponible a resolver nuestras dudas. El desayuno bastante bueno, con productos locales, se sirve en el patio común al aire libre.

REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE! There was no staff there when I arrived, and I sent messages via Whatsapp to the hotel. 30 minutes without reply even the messages were showed status READ. really made me uncomfortable. I also dialed another telephone of the hotel and no one answered. Then the staff came and offered me a room without Terrace, while my booking was a room with Terrace. The staff said there must be something wrong on Hotels and the room with Terrace were all occupied. the worst thing was, the staff said they themselves had no fault, it seemed it was my fault to choose this hotel. and there was a empty bottle left in the shower room from the last guest. WIFI is not accessible in the room. really bad signal. 选择住在Malfa是为了远程看到太阳在Stromboli和Panarea之间升起。这个地方交通不便，公交一小时多才一班。酒店就贴着公交时刻表，然而老板事先让我自己下了船去看时刻表，导致我到达的时间需要等一小时公交，最后选择打车，20欧。 到达酒店没有工作人员，发WHATSAPP询问，显示对方信息已读，然而却30分钟也没有回复，再三催促才有人员前来CHECK-IN。 入住提供的房型和预定的不一致，我预定的是带露台的房型，实际提供给我的是不带露台的。酒店方表示这可能是HOTELS方面出了问题，因为我预定的价格比较低，是他们不带露台的价格。他们表示自身没有任何错，只能口头上给我致歉。和酒店方的讨论导致我错过了十分钟世界杯决赛。 浴室里有上次客户遗留的旅行洗浴空瓶。 室内WIFI没信号，室外也基本没速度。
