La habitación estuvo bien, la cama amplia y cómoda, tiene unos pequeños detalles, 1 que habría que mejorar como quitar el grifo que está demasiado cercano al inodoro (WC) que causa molestias cuando estás sentado, 2 poner un lugar cercano al lavabo para poner el jabón, un vaso y cosas de aseo personal, 3 al lado de la cama poner un doble estante ya que solo hay espacio para el gran teléfono de la centralita del hotel, y no hay espacio para cosas personales. A pesar de todo estoy satisfecho. Saludos.

생각보다 큰 규모로 좋았는데요.. 방 창문을 못열어서 환기를 시킬 수가 없어서 아쉬웠지만 위치는 최고였어용

It was not very good. The room was small although I went with my sister. Toilet is out of the room. There was an elevator but small. The receptors were kind but not so much. The hotel is far from famous place and it is placed on the dark place. ( 돈 더내고 다른 호텔에 지내세요)

The hotel was in a great location, the room was clean and fit for purpose. The staff were a little distant on arrival, and I did not receive any change after paying the city tax; you could only pay the tax in cash which meant I had to venture out and find a cash point before I could check in - not ideal after a long journey.

Purtroppo questa volta non mi sono trovata a mio agio. La stanza era pulita e il personale socievole ma la doccia era situata in un box a parte dal resto del bagno, vicino al letto , l’asciugacapelli a muro non funzionava e non c’era uno non a muro da potermi imprestare. La stanza accanto alla porta dell’ascensore purtroppo non era isolata da rumori e voci esterne.
Sono a Milano per lavoro e non posso non dormire la notte.
Purtroppo non tornerò più .

Appalling.
Photos of room on Expedia are very misleading. They show a bathroom in the room but it was down the other end of the corridor so we had to get dressed to go to the toilet at night which wakes up your partner because the bedroom light goes on. Also, no robe was supplied. When I tried to communicate with them about this but they ignored me.
The light in the bathroom didn't work. I told them but 15 hours later it still was not fixed.
No tea coffee or water was supplied.
$497.86 was a rip off

The location is 10/10. However, the rooms are extremely small and uncomfortable. We were not able to turn on the Air Conditioner (we asked for help to 3 different members of the staff). The rooms are clean and renovated.
The bathroom is also extremely small, it’s very difficult to have a proper shower, and also had a bad smell. It lacks of basic bathroom spaces: like a towel hanger, somewhere to put your personal hygene accesories, and even a place in the washbasin to put the soap.

What a delightful treat this turned out to be. I confess it was a last minute change of hotel and I'm so glad I did. Just 10 minutes from Cadorna train station, only 5 minutes from Castle Sforza and The Duomo. Perfect for a few nights in Milan. Hotel staff were friendly - should out to the lovely gentleman covering the reception for most of my stay. He really made excellent cappuccino. Room was small but clean - what more do you need?
