Un hotel perfetto per un fine settimana fuori stagione.

THIS IS NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL! This hotel is very dated, not modern, and run down. On the way to our room, the lighting was overly dim, carpet stained and worn, and some rooms were wide open. Upon entering our room, it smelled musty/almost mildewy, the bedding and towels were very old, thin, and scratchy. The bathroom was also very unclean. Under the Sink was dirty, the toilet “flush” button wasn’t properly affixed to the wall and you could pull it about a half inch off the wall. The shower was also dirty, the grout was black in places from lack of cleaning. The entire floor of our room was sticky like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. The blinds were also ripped so didn’t close properly. The gym also wasn’t part of the property. It was owned by another company, you had to pay to use (the fee is mentioned in the description) but it’s not open daily. I picked this hotel partially for having a gym available. Also there was an alarm going off for over 2 hours our first morning there. The staff was very kind and definitely wonderful but the facility itself and all that comes with it, is extremely low quality. They did end up comping a night as we called hotels.com to complain and they reached out to the hotel. But it Is easily only a 2 star hotel based on quality of accommodations.

Location was very good close to the centre and right opposite the pedestrianised sea front. Staff were good, pool was nice and generally a pleasant stay.

Buongiorno. Le camere sono pulite. Nella sala pranzo a colazione, passeggiava una blatta (quando l'ho segnalata è stata schiacciata e spinta sotto il tavolo). Personale confuso e poco professionale. La Spa non è funzionante e hanno detto che sarà chiusa per tutta la stagione.

Een luidruchtige accomodatie, waarbij we niet gekend zijn in grote feesten en gym. Zwembad was niet te gebruiken door het feest. We hebben wel een upgrade gekregen naar een rustigere kamer, maar de overlast bleef tot diep in de nacht. Als ons dat bekend was geweest, dat dit een locatie was voor bruiloften en feesten, dan hadden we dit NIET geboekt. Het personeel heeft wel direct gereageerd, door ons gelijk een andere kamer te geven.

The location is good for the beach. The smell is bad inside. This is a party hotel. Shower was dirty and sporadic hot water. Bed is a brick. The breakfast was good

Great location plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance and a lovely little town to explore

Non è un 4 stelle. Ha bisogno di una profonda ristrutturazione. Ci sono parti totalmente in stato di abbandono. Unica nota positivia la qualità del materasso e lenzuola. Camera (suite) poco accogliente. Polvere ovunque. Colazione molto abbondante e varia, qualità accettabile, personale di sala molto gentile. In definitiva non vale il prezzo pagato. Ci sono 3 stelle nettamente superiori.

Nulla di speciale, un resort trattato a b&b con le pretese economiche di un resort

Pro: Ottima posizione per lungo mare/centro città; staff della reception accogliente; parcheggio sotterraneo incluso nel prezzo; vicinanza giochi per bambini nel lungomare; ristorante qualità/prezzo sopra la media (menù fisso) Cons: hotel non indicato per una vacanza in spiggia (la più vicina dista 1,5km); zona piscina mal organizzata (poche sdraio in rapporto agli ospiti); la struttura organizza eventi privati (lauree/battesimi etc.) per cui nei we meglio chiedere prima di prenotare; palestra nella stessa struttura ma servizio esterno non incluso nel prezzo (nei servizi della struttura era indicata come compresa); pulizia delle camere decisamente da migliorare;

Arrivati dopo l'orario previsto per il check in e ciò nonostante abbiamo dovuto cambiare 3 camere perché erano errate o non pronte. Avevamo preso camera con vista mare e invece si vedeva un muro. In più proprio sotto la camera, la sera l'hotel aveva organizzato un evento per non ospiti con musica alta fino quasi a mezzanotte che impediva di dormire.

Peccato, basterebbe migliorare alcuni servizi e la manutenzione. Cuscini penosi, gli sportelli del box doccia non si reggevano. Capisco i due anni di covid ma…

Bella struttura,anche se lasciata andare in alcune zone. Camera buona con TV obsoleto,sedia nel terrazzino rotta.Inattesa dagli ospiti la regola di non stendere i teli mare, a vista nel patio.Personale disponibile anche se da migliorare la organizzazione del concierge che dovrebbe riuscire a trovare la soluzione di ogni problema( un albergo sul lungomare che non ha accessi spiaggia,e che non ha convenzioni o prelazioni con i lidi per gli ospiti, avendo una piscina troppo piccola per il numero complessivo degli ospiti). Ottima la colazione.Assente però le precauzioni contro il Covid.

Hotel da 3 stelle , forse anche meno, biancheria sfilacciata arredamento spartano
