Hotel maravilhoso, limpeza é excelente! Só acho que tem que melhorar o café da manhã, muito pouca opção, inclusive em frutas !

Marè is an amazing and fascinating building, perfectly located for the harbour and restaurants. Very comfortable rooms, although our ‘courtyard view’ was more of a brick wall which made the room a little dark. Breakfast served on the roof terrace was delicious with lots of choice of savoury and sweet pastries, bread, cold cheese, meats and fruit. It was disappointing that the roof top Solanza and spa area was closed and we were not aware of this before our stay.

Perfect location and great rooms. Breatkfast on rooftop with amazing view of city. Only minus was a festival in front of hotel with a lot of noise until 24h.

Fantastic stay in a beautiful noble palace. The location is ideal and the staff extremely attentive. The perfect place to enjoy beautiful Trani.

When we arrived we were given a dark room with 2 very small windows, no light as a result and certainly no “courtyard view” as described on the Hotel.com website. We had to complain and were only then offered a more suitable option. The reason we booked Mare Resort was because the name suggests something more than we got, while the description and photos in Hotel.com advised a Terrace, solarium, private beach, sun loungers and beach towels, none of which were available. Mare Resort failed in so many ways to match the description on the Hotels.com platform which enticed us to pay above our normal rate, and we were greatly let down by Hotel.com, and are entitled to a refund.

The only positive about this hotel was the view of the harbour-fantastic. It was well located. The floor was filthy. Room clean up had to be done before 11am. Bre

While the hotel was modern and very central, and the staff was very friendly, we ran into some major issues during our stay. The WiFi did not work in our room or anywhere in our floor. We reported this shortly after our arrival but were told to try again later. The problem persisted throughout the night and on the next morning, and when we reported this to a staff member - they admitted that they had a problem and promised to have it solved “within 30 minutes”. Unfortunately this was never fixed until our checkout. Since cellular reception at the hotel is also very weak - we had no internet connection during our entire stay. Another problem was that the shower in our room did not drain, but instead flooded the entire bathroom. Overall this is a good hotel, but maintenance issues should be resolved and staff should learn to address such problems when they occur.

Nel bagno manca la porta della doccia. Troppo fiscali gli orari e troppo pressanti gli inviti a rispettarli.

Molto bella la struttura, in un palazzo storico ben tenuto. Peccato non sia sfruttata a pieno la terrazza, dove è possibile consumare solo la prima colazione.

Die Unterkunft als ehemaliger Palazzo ist etwas besonderes und hat Charme. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Personal war nett. Die Lage ist super, wenn man aus dem Hotel rausgeht, ist man direkt im Geschehen drin. Der Ort bietet auch sehr viel (Restaurants, Cafés, Shopping etc.). Mir persönlich hat an der Unterkunft jedoch ein Balkon, ein Pool und die Möglichkeit Abends im Hotel zu essen gefehlt.

The staff was amazing - kind and courteous The Locations was fantastic with a view to the port from our large very clean and comfortable room . Parking was easy behind the hotel and very cheap using the on street machine I will return for sure !

Un hôtel qui a dû être beau… personnel peu aimable, informations contradictoires (ex : on peut garer sa voiture devant l’hôtel… et puis non, juste pour déposer les bagages, le petit dej commence à 7h… et puis non, c’est 7h30) Chambre spacieuse mais fenêtre au ras des pieds ! Jolie salle de bains. Plage privée mais il faut la voiture. Solarium inutilisable… complètement destroy sur le toit terrasse.

Tutto perfetto, il personale è gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. L’hotel offre un soggiorno perfetto per chi voglia farsi coccolare. Ci tornerò certamente.
