It is conveniently located near the train station to get to the airport. Nearby there are lots of dining options. The room is spacious and clean. Bath towels, slippers are provided. The TV have a lot of channels to choose from, including movies in English.

The comfort and cleanliness of the hotel were excellent—very comfortable beds and spotless rooms, with consistently high standards across the property. However, the overall service felt average, with the exception of one helpful staff member at reception. The in-room air conditioning was underwhelming and didn’t cool the entire space effectively. The biggest letdown was the breakfast experience: limited options, unwelcoming service, and being charged extra for items like omelettes, despite having already paid for breakfast, felt out of place for a 4-star hotel.

The hotel itself was stylish and staff very friendly, but one of two rooms we were given was unbelievably noisy due to the constant trams outside which made the whole room shake. In fact both of our rooms were on the first floor, not in the high rise so it was certainly a disappointment and not the VIP access Expedia has since said that I received. When we raised the comment about how noisy the room was, we were pretty much given an apology with a shrug that ‘someone has to go in there’. So would I stay there again? Probably not.

Close to staion for Malpensa Express and metro, also tram stop outside. A short stroll to the start of a pedestrianised road filled with outdoor bars and restaurants. A modern shopping centre next to staion. Also very close and within walking distance to the main central area sites. Hotel is new, clean and staff very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was superb.

Nous sommes arrivés vendredi soir pour deux nuits. J'avais pris soin de demandé plus de 5 jours jours en amont une chambre dans notre catégorie afin d'avoir une exposition particulière, au calme, et sans de vis-à-vis. Nous avons eu une chambre au 3e étage face à un immeuble, très bruyante à cause du Tramway et une insonorisation assez mauvaise. L'hotel nous a changé de chambre et visiblement sur-classé. C'est sympa mais pour un WE de deux jours changé de chambre n'est pas confortable. Globalement, le service de l'hotel est irrégulier et sans suivi,

Boa tarde. O hotel é novo e com boas condições mas, infelizmente, apesar do quarto confortável, fica ao lado de uma linha de TRAM/BONDE que passa de 20/20 minutos à noite toda com um barulho ensurdecedor. Detalhe, como comumente não se ligam os ar-condicionados na Europa esta época, ou você morre de calor com tudo fechado ou não dorme com o bonde. os quartos necessitam de tratamento acústico ou liberar o ar-condicionado.

We had a great stay here! Our son became sick while traveling and the staff helped us get an additional bed for our other child to minimize contact with him. They (the staff) were always very kind and professional and we wish we could have stayed longer!
