An Exceptional Stay! Our stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful and exceptional! Everything was perfect, from the comfortable rooms to the excellent service. We truly enjoyed every moment and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!

My husband was sick and the staff was wonderfully helpful and attentive. They allowed us to check in 30 minutes early after explaining to housekeeping. They also allowed us to check out 3 hours late for a small hourly fee and arranged for the prepaid breakfast to be delivered to my husband in the room. The ladies at the front desk also provided great sightseeing tips (for me) and pharmacy directions ( for him.) The renovated hotel is in a historic area and is modern and gorgeous. It also smells wonderful. Would definitely recommend!

Struttura curata e praticamente in centro ma non tutti i servizi sono da 5 stelle. Nel bagno c’era un leggero odore di scarico non tale da chiedere il cambio della camera ma neanche piacevole. Il bidet in bagno scaricava l’acqua molto lentamente, come se fosse tappato, a mio avviso non andrebbe assegnata la camera senza aver risolto le suddette problematiche. Nelle scale per l’accesso alle camere è presente un’ infiltrazione a soffitto, non piacevole alla vista, in alternativa sono presenti 2 ascensori molto stretti. Per il resto la struttura si presenta pulita, silenziosa e tutti i servizi rivolgono particolare attenzione al cliente.

Tastefully decorated hotel in a very central location. The staff is extremely friendly and obviously want to do a great job. Highly recommended and I will choose this hotel again when I am in Verona.

The staff (front desk, bar/ restaurant restaurant/ breakfast / housekeeping team were helpful and professional. We had a suite room which was disappointing for a 5star hotel. Air conditioning was not even though out the room, in winter the bedroom was hot but remaining rooms cold. Overall the hotel needs a refresh including the rooms to bring it to a 5star. Thanks to all the staff for their great customer service & kindness

New hotel, centrally located. Our room was quiet, bed was comfortable, quality bedding and spacious bathroom. Breakfast was good with made to order eggs. Hotel staff was helpful in answering our tour questions and helping with restaurant reservations. We would stay again.

Nice hotel, clean and a lovely reception area. The rooms are modern although a strange layout and the showers and baths are open to the main bedroom with huge glass windows. This wasn't ideal for us. Also the rooms are quite noisy around the 1sr floor and kitchens area. I had to move to a higher floor. Overall I enjoyed our stay.

An excellent experience with friendly attentive staff, good food and a relaxing bar with lots of good wine and a reasonable price. The hotel is right in the middle of the old city and an easy walk to most attractions and restaurants! Couldn’t do better.
