바닥재는 누수와 곰팡이 문제로 들떠 있거나 검게 변해있고 화장실에서 샤워를 하면 하수 시설 불량으로 화장실 전체에 물이 넘쳐 흐르는 문제가 있었음. 대대적인 보수 공사 필요 함

피사역 앞에 위치하여 교통은 편하지만 소매치기가 있고 다양한 먹거리가 없어서 식사를 위해서 이동해야 함

조식이 좋았음

룸컨디션이 아주 좋았습니다 에어컨도 잘 작동하고 방이 매우 깨끗합니다 직원들도 친절하고 조식도 먹을만 합니다

Hotel room had all of the bathroom amenities you could need.

Great location for the station.

Great location by the station but quiet. The breakfast was absolutely perfect with lots of options. Really nice staff.

We stayed here as a good base to visit other cities via train. I stayed with my husband and young daughter of 9. The hotel was fantastic, great amenities and great location. I was nervous about staying near the busy train station but I didn't need to be! We felt perfectly safe. The hotel is quiet and very comfortable. Would stay again 100% and Pisa is gorgeous and very affordable 😊

Very good location after travel by train day.

Air conditioner not working or blowing air. Key dock at the entrance of door was not working. Staff told me to put both keys at tbe same time, but did not resolve problem. Twice they sent a tech person who tried to reset air conditioner with no luck. Never was granted my request to change rooms and had to sleep in a hot room until the last night when I had to ask front desk furiously and finally the last night at almost 11pm was when they changed us to another room.

Rooms well sound-proofed from the road, modern and clean. Opposite the front of the railway station and an easy walk into the old town.

Great location, everything brand new and super convenient. The staff were very nice and helpful, we loved our stay and would definitely stay there again whenever in Pisa.

Very nearby the train station, but without traffic disturbance. Good sleep quality and a good breakfast.

We were able to leave luggage before check in. Check in staff good. Room ok with decent double glazing. Fridge buzzed all night. Light from air con lit up entire room like a lamp and flickered. The smart tv wasn’t available in either room and no channels in English. Disappointed I was expected to pay for premium wifi. Breakfast ok. Location great for town and airport.

Good location opposite the train station, so it’s handy as a base for day trips out. Rooms could do with an upgrade, and the hotel doesn’t really have anything in the way of facilities such as a restaurant or bar.

Room was hot on our arrival, so I asked the front desk lady to set the thermostat lower, a maintenance guy came to the room with attitude and told me the AC was working fine, after two hrs waiting to see if the room cooled down. I went back to tell the front desk lady that the tech did not fix the issue and she told me nothing she could do, instead of providing another room.

The location is perfect because it’s near the railway and bus station, but is quiet. The property is well maintained and the staff is very helpful. The shower head is huge with a fine mist that adds to the shower experience! Only problem… no door on the shower (only a glass wall) gets the bathroom floor very wet. Wonderful hotel!

RUDE STAFFS. On our first day check in, we were planning to sit down and rearrange our suitcase before check in, desk was busy with 2 lots of customers waiting so we walked towards the tables and chairs that's further down the lobby, then the staff Jolanda shouted rudely to us in front of 10+ customers "do you have a reservation with us?" We politely replied yes and we just wanted to rearrange our luggage. But honestly? Being shout at in a 4star chained hotel? Weren't they trained to show respect? Couldn't they just walk 10 steps and come to us with a polite manner and ask? Making us look like we just tress-passing. Also, on our second night, on 11/09 night, that male staff's attitude is ridiculous, we tried to for extra towels delivered to room, he said he is on his own we have to go get it, reasonable, but when we got down, he kept questioning and doubting us saying there's towel in bathroom, we said yes but we would like extra ones, he rolled his eyes and said something in Italian and stormed in ti get the towel for us. What on earth is this hotel staffs' attitude, 4 star? I bet premier inn and travel lodge staffs are more polite then them. PLUS, you can hear EVERYTHING from next room through the aircon-ventilation opening, 3am in the morning shouting and laughing next door like there's no one there, should've brought ear plugs. So disappointed in NH Hotel. 2 star Max.
