Parking was easy on the premises for 20 Euros or there is a free public car park just across the small street and the hotel will help you with the luggage. A beautiful place to stay and they have a Pizza area and a formal restaurant. Both piece at 7pm. Both worth a try. The rooms are large and the staff very helpful. Breakfast is also very good.

Excellent Hotel, weird that we need to call the front desk to turn the AC on in the room. Other than that everything was good.

Hotel was very peaceful and beautiful entrance with flowers and plants. Breakfast was ok. Spa was very relaxing, good sauna! Though it was small, it didn't matter, as we were there alone.

The hotel itself was completely renovated App. 5 years ago. From the character it is a typical Grand Hotel not new, but well maintained. The rooms are modern and spacious, the beds very well. The bathrooms are modern in in our room war even a double shower! Cleaning was good. There is also an integrated Spa area with a nice Finnish sauna, a dreambath and indoor pool with jacuzzi jets with thermal water. The outdoorpool is partly under a roof and mainly in the shadow, so it was too cold when we were there in April. The steamboats had unfortunately a bad smell, but in general the spa tea is nice and relaxing. What we were impressed is the spirit of this hotel, the nice pretty decorations, fresh flowers on the tables, the soul with which all this designs and decorations were done. And there is an excellent buffet breakfast every morning with fresh fruits, vegetables, various cold cuts, warm dishes covering every taste, homemade cakes and everything so delicious! Parking is across the street on a big public parking free of charge. The location is perfect if you want to go with the funicular to the upper town on the mountain or visit the thermal water springs in the historic Terme. Also the hotel is close to the big historical park, ideal for joggers and runners. We enjoyed the stay very much and would recommend it. For sensitive ears it is advisable to use ear plugs in the nights, since some rooms are directly viewing the street.

Hotel con tutti i servizi e potenzialità da 5 stelle.. spa e personale della spa fantastico e molto preparato. Struttura ristrutturata recentemente con un mix di stili (visto la storia e struttura esistente non avrei mischiato troppi stili). Çalışanlar kibar, otel temiz ve ferah. Yatak yorgan kalitesi yüksek. Kahvaltısı mükemmel corissant çok ama çok güzel.

The staff was very cooperative. Also, the room service was great. But the property itself is quiet old. The amenities can be better. The furniture also looks old and used. They need to renovate the rooms from inside.

La struttura è molto gradevole ed il personale disponibile e gentile. Ottimo il ristorante. Spa piacevole e non molto affollata. Avevo la stanza No. 112 per la quale mi permetterei di dare qualche suggerimento utile a rendere il soggiorno piu' comodo. La stanza da bagno è molto grande (addirittura con balcone) e con una doccia eccezionale, tuttavia, non dispone di appoggi utili (uno sgabello, una piccola base) nè di porta-asciugamani (se si escludono due ganci fuori portata). Suggerirei di provvedere a questa semplice ma utile modifica

Didn’t feel like a 5 star property. The breakfast was not a 5 star, the vegan and vegetarian options were very limited, even though I had informed before hand .

Bellissimo hotel, servizi all'altezza e staff gentilissimo. Le camere sono molto curate e pulute, la spa è ottima e la prima colazione molto varia e gustosa. Facilità di parcheggio nelle immediate vicinanze.

Todo fue perfecto! El trato del personal, el desayuno incluido es muy bueno. El room service excelente. El hotel tiene un estilo único y es increible. Nos dieron upgrade de habitación y fué magnífico!
