위치도 좋고 찾기 쉬운호텔. 방도 생각보다 넓었고 아침식사를 룸으로 갖다주는 서비스가 매우 좋았습니다. 직원들 모두 세심하고 친절합니다.

O hotel é muito bem localizado e a poucos minutos da piazza San Marco. O meu quarto não era tão grande, mas tinha tudo que precisávamos. Armário, uma pequena mesa em meia lua, duas cadeiras e uma varanda com uma pequena mesa de ferro onde podíamos tomar café da manhã. A decoração era estilo veneziana. Estava muito quente no quarto e em todo o hotel, o banheiro era o mais quente, por causa do aquecimento hidráulico. O ar condicionado não funcionava. O senhor da recepção disse que era para eu deixar a porta da varanda aberta para refrescar, porque o ar condicionado não funciona nesta época do ano em toda Veneza e a noite melhoraria, porque desligam o aquecimento hidráulico. Nao foi problema, porque durante o dia não ficávamos no quarto e a noite era mais fresco para dormir, afinal estamos no outono. O café da manhã não era buffet e você tem que escolher previamente o que quer comer e pode receber o menu no quarto ou no salão do hotel em horário previamente definido. O quarto tinha um parto com frutas e ganhamos um balde com champanhe. Achei muito carinhoso e um diferencial, visto que me hospedei em 9 hotéis nesta minha viagem e nenhum deu este tipo de cortesia. Fica a 3 minutos do ponto para pegar o Traghetto.

The only reason I gave 2 stars is because of good location otherwise it should be 1 star if you having breakfast you should book time in the morning upfront which is very inconvenient but the main thing is it was April 19 and quite warm outside and they turn down ac when we complained that it is 78 on the room they said open the window so we did and by the morning we were eaten alive by mosquitoes and the neighbors window just 3 feet away and also opened so no privacy and the lady on front desk laid to us the this is government regulations all hotels in the area had their ac on and when we arrived in Rome ours next hotel had ac so if you are going during summer stay away from this hotel from hell

Pas de restauration !!! Chambre petite sauf si vous preniez premium ou suites. Sinon très bien placé et personnel très serviable

La struttura e' sicuramente da 4 stelle! Personale cortese e cordiale, camera pulita e ordinata, colazione (in camera) buona. La posizione e' ottima per tutto!

Wow…what a fantastic place!! One to two minutes away from the main San Marco square. Lots of shopping, dining and of course gondola rides! Staff were impeccable and super helpful and friendly!

Wonderful hotel very centrally located. Great service. Due to its location you hear the «sounds of Venice» in the morning but we did not find it disturbing - rather on the contrary! Walking distance from the water bus and the Duce Palace. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel was in walking distance to major attractions.nice space in room interiors of room need a refresher and bedding for 3rd thru 5 was hard.

It was okay stay but not a 4 star! And night there are outside noise since in a courtyard style. Hotel is not really kid friendly great for couples maybe. If you like not stay up little late the walls are not sound proof so you have to be very quite at night

property is in a nice location, staff is very friendly and accomodatinng. they are always asking how can they help you. we had a nice suitrle with a roof top terrace with nice views. highly recommended

Excellent service, very good location. Family of 4, we reserved the family suite. Separate bedrooms, kitchenette, table to eat. Our breakfast was delivered each morning on time, worked perfectly! The only thing missing were maybe a few tables directly outside the hotel for guests to enjoy an aperitif in the Campo/Piazza as the the hotel across the Piazza had. Otherwise, would recommend!

Great value for money - very friendly staff, efficient, great experience for the entire family. Great atmosphere at the property with a great apartment with breakfast served to the room, highly recommended!

Está muy bien localizado en el centro de la ciudad. Es una buena opción para viajar con familias y el servicio es muy bueno.

From the check in process to the help arranging a water taxi on check out, our stay was fantastic. The room was spacious and clean. The location was perfect to venture to all corners of Venice. We will definitely stay here next time.

Okay stay at this place. Rooms are spacious but windows overlook another building walls at short distance. Service is nice.

Can’t recommend enough… simply the Best!
