팔라조 페라이올리

허니문으로남편과함께 편안한 휴양여행을 하려고 경치 좋다고 소문난 아말피를 찾아갔습니다.계단을올라야하는불편함이있는 호텔이었지만, 멋진 바다 경관을 보기 위해 조금 높은 위치에있는호텔에 가기로결정했습니다. 해외 여행이니만큼 큰 트렁크 2개를 남편혼자 들고 계단을 올라야했습니다.저는 호텔 서비스로 제가 먼저 올라가서 도움을 요청하면 팁이라도 드리고 도움을받을수있을줄 알았습니다.아마 호텔 직원들도 그곳계단오르는것이쉽지않다는것은 본인들이 더 잘알고있을것입니다.올라가서 안되는 영어로 남자직원에게 설명을 했지만,팔짱끼고계단을 내려다보더군요,그리고여인숙같은 호텔 대문앞에남편혼자낑낑거리며도착하자그제서야열계단정도도와 주었구요,체크인보다 2시간가까이일찍도착해서,방이준비되지않았다며위에테라스경관이좋으니옥상에서대기해달라고했습니다.그래서 8월초 12시...한참더울시간이었고, 무거운트렁크를계단을들고올라갔으니 물이라도한잔줄줄알았습니다.그런것도 없더군요.그냥올라가서기다렸습니다. 한시간정도걸린다고하더니...2시가 되도,소식이없었습니다. 결국더위에지쳐테라스식탁에엎드려자다가프론트로 쫓아 내려가니 그제서야 체크인을 진행했습니다. 호텔위치는제가원했던아말피와는한참이나떨어져있었고,버스에서 내려서 호텔로 가는길은 지하계단으로 내려갔다가 다시 올라가기를 반복해야하는아주좁은 곳이었습니다.지하계단도 찾기도 힘들었구요.지하철에 지하보도계단보다도 좁고, 혼자서나 겨우 내려갈수있는좁고,높은계단으로오르고내려야했습니다.객실내에티비는잘나오지도않고,체크인시와이파이비번이나,에어컨전원등정작중요한것은하나도가르쳐주지않았습니다. 에어컨작동법에 대한이야기를듣긴 했으나, 프론트에서 전원을 켜주어야 하는 것이었고, 체크인 후에도 한참이나 나오지 않아오후일곱시경다시요청하여 에어컨을켰습니다.겨울도아니고,여름에 말이죠...더운시간이한참다지난,일곱시체크인은2시경이었구요.그리고가르쳐준와이파이비번마저맞지않더군요,잘잡히지도않구요.그리고2일이지난오늘체크아웃중,어이가없었습니다.방안에 냉장고에 있는 음료수를 마신것이미니바를 사용한것이니 따로 돈을 지불해야 한다고 했습니다.그돈은자그마치39유로.한국돈으로 오만원가까이 되는 돈을 아무 이유도 없이 줄수가 없었습니다.저는그런이야기를사전에들은적이 없고, 홈페이지나.당신들이나체크인시말을해준적이없다고,버스시간때문에시간이없다.빨리 해결을 해달라하며영어로말했습니다.전날 제가물4통을추가요청했을때도그런말은하질않았습니다.다국어의사소통가능직원은커녕,아무도그말을알아듣지못하더군요,그래서저는요청했던조식도이틀동안 먹은적도없는데무슨미니바를사용했다고하냐도지불하지못하겠다고하니,결국저에게협박을하더군요, 경찰을 부르겠다고요, 그와중에 제남편은 시간이 없으니 주고 나오라며,또 혼자 트렁크를 들고 계단을 내려가고 올라갔구요, 그계단은 70개는 커녕 족히 100개는 넘어갈 듯했습니다.어떻게 이런호텔이 별이 4개 이고, 만족도가4.5인지...시설, 서비스 어느것하나...좋은게 없는데요. 이건 호텔스 닷컴에도 문제가 있다고 생각합니다. 차후, 체크아웃시 지불해야하는 것이 있다면 호텔과 정확하게 이야기하고 표시 했으면 합니다.

Hotel is in a nice location, walkable to amalfi. But it has 85 stairs so be ready for cardio. Hotel staff is friendly, do use their porter service and don’t lift your own bags. Carlos is a great guy, picked our luggage like it’s nothing. Breakfast was pretty good, no complaints i just felt that Atrani is not that happening so no reason to stay so far.

Et hyggeligt hotel i hjertet af byen med masser af charme. Værelset var fint, personalet venligt, og beliggenheden er perfekt til at udforske byen. Dog er hotellet lidt svært at finde første gang, da det ligger gemt i de små gader, og vi oplevede desværre en del lugt fra kloakken på badeværelset, hvilket var det største minus. Alt i alt et godt sted at bo, især hvis man ønsker at være tæt på alt i Amalfi. Deres rooftop har en fantastisk udsigt, og morgenmaden er virkelig god her ift. italienske standarder! Kan varmt anbefale stedet.

The place is very quiet and beautiful , you can walk into Amalfi Center ,The around to the hotel is beautiful and is to menu restaurant, The hotel have very good location and easy to find but also I recommend the taxi service they have from airport to the hotel there’s going to be someone waiting for you in the airport

Upon arrival there was no staff available to assist with our luggage and we had to carry everything upstairs ourselves During our stay the room was only cleaned once and that was after we specifically requested it Basic amenities were also lacking, We never received the complimentary water that was supposed to be provided and we had to repeatedly ask just to get tea bags Overall the lack of attentiveness and poor service made the stay far less enjoyable than it should have been I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and improves their hospitality standards going forward.

Great hotel, amazing service and the best breakfast ever!

AMAZING!!! We are so in love with this place, the staff are amazing and friendly and more than accomodating, Carlos took good care of us the entire time and i cannot recommend Diana up on the solaris enough she was the sweetest, great food great drinks STUNNING views. Do your research theres obviously going to be stairs, but they are well worth it (i think i counted 60 stairs) haha The breakfast included is amazing! All of the staff here are just the best, i didnt get everyones names but thank you 💗 We well enjoyed our stay and will be back for more! - Ashley & Kraig - visiting from Canada 2025

Beautiful

First let me say that Carlo, the male Employee who helped carry our luggage is a wonderful person! He was so attentive and very kind. He is the number one reason we would return to this hotel. Carlo number one! But it's important to note- this property is not for the weak. 80 plus steps just to get to the lobby. We were there for several nights. The most incredible part of this place is opening the balcony doors of our room and seeing the ocean shimmer every day. The cool breeze at night was a bonus. The breakfast buffet was delicious and as we were traveling with our 3 kids, it allowed us to fuel up with ease before a long day of adventure.

Wonderful spot within walking distance of Amalfi. Atrani is less busy and still very beautiful. This spot is so close to the beach you don’t need to bring a bag.

Love the hotel and location, in the heart of Amalfi! Carlo was excellent and very helpful!

Gennaro De Rosa was terrific! He made check in seamless. I needed to Check in earlier to prepare for a wedding and he made it happen! He also assisted with recommending me a salon where I could get a manicure and have my hair done for the wedding at a last minute notice. The hotel is beautiful and I loved my room

This is our second stay. We love this hotel, the spa, the staff, and the entire experience. The view from our room is always so magical. There is a rooftop area that we love to enjoy once the sun goes down. It's quiet and not many people are up there. We love the breakfast. The staff that prepares and serves the food are terrific. They are so sweet and kind. The breakfast is a full breakfast, with hot options, like scrambled eggs. Carlo helped us with our bags and was helpful in providing tips on where to eat. The spa is a beautiful and private. This hotel is in Atrani, a short walk from the town of Amalfi. You get the beauty of Amalfi without the hustle and bustle. It's quiet and more low key. There is always plenty of beach access.

Séjour excellent , une de plus best suites que nous avons jamais eu . Difficile à trouver à l’arrivée mais ils répondent à l’instant quand on texte . Côté restauration et services il y a plus de chois à Amalfi mais on s’y rend très facilement à pied et ici on a la paix .

Great hotel in Atrani providing access to busier areas of Amalfi coast without the cost or hassle. Walking tunnel to Amalfi nearby makes things very easy.

Excellent staff! Very helpful. Delicious breakfast. Stunning ocean views. Will recommend to others and will come back to stay with extended family. Loved the hotel!

This hotel has poor accessibility, 74 stairs, no elevator or ramp to access and with all luggage was a nightmare, the staff was nice, rooms with poor cleanliness ,definitely I not recommend, 4 stars but for me is only 2 stars
