호텔 주변은 어느 각도에서 보더라도 다 예쁨. 체크인 전 호텔에서 저녁식당 패키를 제안했지만 호텔 주변 식당을 별도로 이용항것이 후회됨. 주변 식당이 가격에 비해 양과 질 맛이 불만족스러워서 많이 불편했음. 호텔에서 운영하는 식당이 더 나아보임. 하루 한번 1시간 45분 월풀욕조를 예약 후 사용가능 와인을 먹을 수 있는 카드로 와인을 마실 수 있는데 화이트 와인을 먹으려는데 따뜻한 와인이어서 실망함. 에어컨은 제대로 작동이 안되는듯하여 체크인 시 점검 보완 요청했지만 호텔에서 머무는 내내 취침시 너무 더워서 남편이 자다가 샤워를 하고 잘정도로 더웠음.. 사실 밖의 저녁날씨가 갹실내보다 온도가 낮아서 창문을 열고싶지만 문을 열수가 없었고 욕실의 창문은 열리기는 했지만 모기들어올까봐 안열고 그냥 머무는 내내 고생했음. 조식은 나름 괜칞고 음식을 들고 테라스로 이동해서 멋진 경치와 함께 즐기기 좋음. 객실청소 담당자분이 친절하고 청결하게 잘 해주심. 에어컨과 창문만 개선되면 다시 방문의지 많음

This is a delightful classic hotel with gracious hosts, spacious rooms, delicious options for eating and shopping, and midway between Florence and Sienna, making both a very approachable day trip. In the heart of Chianti, you can find wine and olive oil, and photogenic vineyards and villas everywhere.. best bargain you'll find, and take advantage of the lovely spa and local wine cellars

El hotel está situado en un pueblo hermoso, nos dieron una suite con vista a los viñedos, el masaje delicioso, el desayuno sabroso. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Fint opphold på et helt greit hotell. Gammelt og noe slitt, men til en viss grad tatt vare på. Ikke påfyll med håndklær og såpe. Mye lyder og støy fra dører som smalt og møbler som ble dratt bortover gulvet. Service fra personalet var helt greit, men ingenting ekstra. Maten i restauranten var variert. De rydder opp og serverte noe nytt da jeg fikk seig biff. Veldig profesjonell servitør.

This property is gorgeous and has a lot of historical significance. But there are many areas they can improve like the bathroom. Toiletries are horrible and they did not provide conditioner or body lotion. The body wash was also the shampoo which is ridiculous for any woman. They could explane a bit better how to arrive, drop off bags and then park on an offsite parking. That was a bit confusing, especially because there are many areas you cannot drive through. You have to walk out of the property to go to the spa, so you have to make sure you’re fully dressed. You also have to walk out of the property to go into the pool in the adjacent hotel so again you have to make sure you’re dressed properly. I found that to be very inconvenient and uncomfortable to be honest. The breakfast was great along with lively views. The terrace also had amazing views and they offer a wine dispenser.

This property is in middle of Radda Chianti region, beautiful & mysterious. We loved the landscape around and since we had a car rental were able to visit the San Gimignano & Siena . We eish that we could have stay one more night an enjoy more of this beautiful nature. The propyby itself was beautifully decorated and I loved the vintage feel of that, breakfast was awesome and also we enjoyed one night of spa and relaxing there and one session of message . Very nice and kind spa staff.

O hotel é ótimo. O quarto tem um belo banheiro e cama maravilha. O hotel tem um estacionamento próprio e grátis, muito conveniente já que se encontra dentro da Ztl.

Our stay was very nice. We loved the spacious room with the skylight. It had a cute window to look out overlooking Tuscany, which was amazing in the mornings. We did one day for a couple hours in the spa, which was very enjoyable. The prices to get services were expensive, so we passed on that. We love doing spa treatments while on vacation but the prices could have been much more affordable or they could have offered a spa package. The breakfasts were top notch with many options with fresh juices, great coffee, breads and cakes, fresh fruit and salmon. Dinner was very nice and the dinner staff were very friendly. It would have been nice to have a coffee station in our room to make our morning coffee. I’m an early riser and nothing is open in the hotel until 8am, including surrounding areas. The front desk staff were friendly but could have been much more helpful and accountable. We went to the desk asking about winery tours and tastings and they told me I needed to call. Most hotels in Italy have always helped to set these up for us, as we don’t have international call option, nor do we speak much Italian. Overall it was a lovely stay and above average hotel for the price, but these little suggestions would make it better in our opinion.
