Excellent comme d'habitude

Recepção ótima, todos sorridentes e muito atenciosos. Restaurante do Palazzo é lindo e a refeição excelente. Tudosnos comodos, (recepção, corredores, salas e especialmente o quarto) extremamente limpos. Falta um elevador para o andar de cima. Mas isso não interfere muito. Café da manhã com poucas opções, mas de bom tamanho.

Flott hotell og god frokost. Manglet kaffemaskin på rommet. Veldig har madrass/seng og ingen dyne. Litt kald temperatur på rom og frokostsal.

This was a highlight on our drive from Lyon to Nice. In the charming small town of Fossano Italy, this beautiful former monastery was a special treat. Service was outstanding - friendly, respectful with English spoken flawlessly from many of the staff. Our room, with sky high vaulted wood beamed ceiling was immaculately clean, spacious and comfortable. Modern bathroom with finished concrete bath and lovely toiletries. We enjoyed an apero in the bar ( complete with complimentary charcuterie plate at happy hour) and then dinner in their restaurant. Dinner was at a fine dining calibre with a modest price tag. Breakfast, included with our stay was filled with freshly baked cakes and pastries, fruit and delicious coffee. As fairly seasoned travellers, expectations in this mid price range are hit and miss. Palazzo Righini hit it out of the park. Grazie Mille!! 🇮🇹❤️

Week-end très agréable. Hôtel à la hauteur de nos attentes. Petit déjeuner varié et produits de qualité. Nous n'avons pas essayé le SPA, la prochaine fois !

Hotel ricavato in una dimora storica ristrutturata di recente. Camere pulite e servizio ottimo dí reception. Colazione abbondante e ricca di portate dolci e salate molto genuine. In pieno centro storico. A 200 metri un ottimo parcheggio gratuito sotterraneo con video sorveglianza

First the welcome is always nice and friendly with effortless conversation. Second the lovely old building which is entirely modernised, Third the food and service. I loved the old town area in Fossano and will definitely be back.

Quiet, clean and the staff is super nice. Bonus: the best restaurant in town happens to be in the hotel!

A beautiful old building, modernised with all the up to date amenities yet retaining faithfully it's old charm perfectly in the middle of the old town. The staff are professional, friendly and helpful and the food fantastic! All made for an amazing stay.

Parking public souterrain ou à ciel ouvert, situé de 100 à 200 m de l’hôtel.

Purtroppo non ha rispecchiato le nostre aspettative. La camera aveva degli insetti che hanno tolto con uno strofinaccio da sopra il letto. non si può chiedere una bitita o un drink dopo le 20 perché il bistrot chiude e non c’è modo di poter ordinare nulla. La persona all’ingresso è stata poco cordiale e poco ospitale. Non ho trovo alcun rapporto qualità prezzo, specie a Fossano.

Excellent hotel, bien situé dans Fossano. Le personnel est très serviable, accueillant, toujours disponible. Nous avions une très belle chambre. Le spa très propre est bien équipé, hammam, sauna et grand jacuzzi. Le restaurant est à faire, il est également exceptionnel.

Poor service.

We have stayed at this hotel before. We love the location of the hotel. The hotel is very pretty with nice rooms and nice private spa facilities. The restaurant has very good food. I recommend eating at their restaurant even if you don’t stay in their hotel. They also have a nice lounge area and do a good breakfast. The service at the restaurant and through out the hotel is excellent and of 5 star quality. They offer free parking down the street in a garage but you can drop your luggage off and check in before parking. The hotel concierge go above and beyond to help you with reservations to restaurants and vineyards.

Accueil froid et hautain . Pas de réseau téléphonique sur mon portable car dans une chambre en bout de couloir . Aucune réactivité à l’accueil pour traiter mon problème. Fuite au niveau du toilette et écoulement du lavabo bouché .
