The staff were very friendly and helpful with anything we asked about. Parking was a bit of hick but all in all it was ok. The spa was clean and easy to use. Room was spacious and clean. Loved it. Highly recommend this Hotel.

The hotel is a beautiful ancient building in a very pretty Tuscan hill top town. The views from the terrace where you can have breakfast/dinner are amazing. Our room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There are lots of restaurants in the beautiful old street the hotel fronts onto, so going out to eat was a breeze. The hotel has its own parking. Towels for the pool are provided.

This was hands down the most spectacular vacation spot we could have asked for while travelling around Chianti. The staff are so helpful and friendly and the hotel itself is spotless and very comfortable. We hope to come back and bring many more family members with us! Thank you for such a great stay!!

Wonderful palazzo located in Castellina de Chianti. The house is an ancient “palazzo” and some parts look like a museum. The entrance is on the street side, and the back of the hotel faces the Tuscany hills with vineyards and olive trees. There are a lovely pool and garden. The hotel offers parking at the entrance of village. We had a room with hills views. We enjoyed waking up with the sunset in such an amazing environment. Our room was very spacious. Staff is very helpful.
Lovely place close to Siena. Highly recommend it.

Our hotel stay was truly incredible! Wonderful views, tucked away in a tiny adorable walkable Tuscan town in the heart of Chianti! The beds were so comfortable, great showers, wonderful breakfast included and with a great view and truly incredible staff and service! We had to leave early for a flight ( before breakfast was open) so they even packed a goodie bag full of breakfast sandwiches, yogurt, bananas, waters and juice! Will definitely be recommending this hotel for friends and family going to Tuscany!
